Which Republican presidential candidates support amnesty? I have analyzed all the major Republican presidential candidates (except Ben Carson and Rick Sanctorum, who are long shots, and Donald Trump, who has undocumented hair). I have found that all the major presidential candidates support amnesty for illegal aliens, except for one. Can you guess which one?

Ted Cruz said he’d build a wall and get Mexico to pay for it? Ted Cruz said that while some may be good people, they are largely importing drugs and crime? Ted Cruz said that many of the people sneaking in are the social dregs of other countries dumping their problem people here?
Question: "But just to be clear: if border security is accomplished, you can envision some sort of path to citizenship for people who are here illegally?"
And Perry's response?
"Sure."
Ted Cruz: Ted Cruz is the only major candidate who has never supported or endorsed amnesty.
End Obama’s illegal amnesty via Congress’ checks & balances. (Nov 2014)
Defund amnesty, and refuse any nominees until rescinded. (Nov 2014)
No path to citizenship for 1.65 million illegals in Texas. (Oct 2012)
Give police more power to ask about immigration status. (Jun 2012)
Boots on the ground, plus a wall. (Apr 2012)
Triple the size of the Border Patrol. (Mar 2012)
Strengthen border security and increase enforcement. (Jul 2011)
He’s resolute, he’s firm, he’s good on most of the other issues, and he has Spanishy good looks. What more could you want?
In before the TPA/TPP whiners.
Instead of going down the laundry list of candidates, it’s much easier to simply enumerate those who don’t support amnesty.
I guess you think I know what you are talking about but I don’t.
The first is a statement by Trump. The rest I have no idea, I don’t see it in the article.
I only wish he were not so wrong on H1B as well. We don’t need five times as many foreign workers putting more Americans out of work.
If Cruz were not so to transfer the rest of Congress’s power (outside of amnesty) to the President, this president of all things, he would be perfect. That one little flaw there is One Issue and I guess we should ignore it. Is he setting up the Dictatorship for his own possible use?
Will he deport illegal aliens?
If not, he supports amnesty.
I knew it was TC.
Ted Cruz and his zealous supporters define Amnesty only as citizenship.
However, the rest of us define it as letting them stay. And Cruz would let them stay, legally: http://www.nytimes.com/2013/09/13/us/cruz-tries-to-claim-the-middle-ground-on-immigration.html?_r=1&
Trick question.
ALL of them.
Then he turned around a voted for the 2015 budget which funds Obama's executive actions.
then they all support amnesty by that definition. Your mass deport fantasy is NOT EVER GOING TO HAPPEN. It may be nice if it could, or would, but it can’t, so it shan’t.
Now, we can do any number of things to incent them to deport themselves, first and foremost would be cutting off gov bennies - and we can do more on the border to stop the bleeding....but there is no way that millions are going to be rounded up and deported...for about 20 reasons.
And that's all there is to this debate.
Cruz supports Amnesty.
Probably all of them.
They’re never going to be mass deported. Even, when pushed to the wall, that’s admitted by all the talk hosts, and even the most aggressive folks like Ingraham, Coulter and so on.
There are so many reasons it won’t happen, including lawyers, judges, logistics, and more of all, that most Americans do not support it. FR is not the world.
LOL
Donald, is that you?
