There are two places in the encyclical where Pope Francis says this is all open to debate.

So was anything settled? I doubt it.

How can this be open to debate? The Pope is infallible, the Vicar of Christ on earth!

Pope murders and eats child.

Salvation rushes to defend him stating that the child would eventually die anyway, and since His Holiness did not use a toothpick it couldn’t be considered a true meal.

After examining five pages of returned links on Google using the search term "encyclical on climate change" NOTHING directly issued by the Vatican was seen.

I think this is all a big ruse ...
