Police and federal law enforcement agencies were in the midst an all-out manhunt Thursday morning for the gunman they say is responsible for killing 9 people in a Charleston South Carolina church Wednesday night in what police described as a hate crime.
The suspect opened fire on a bible study group at the historic black Emanuel AME Church on Calhoun street, killing eight people in an "unfathomable." Two other people were rushed to the hospital where one died.
Early Thursday morning, police released pictures from surveillance footage showing the suspect, a younger white man, approximately 21-25 years old, as well as the car he was driving, police said.

Heck, I’d start at the nearest Hard Rock Cafe. Looks like that’s the logo on his shirt and it appears that he’s wearing a waiter’s apron.
His nose, ears and skin color are definitely Panamanian. They all look alike.

One would hope the state law enforcement is searching turn-of-the-century black Hyundai’s with an owner under 30 years old, starting with the low country, and expanding from there.
The picture on the right looks like it’s been photo-shopped. The nose is missing and the pixels are discolored. Why would anyone do that? Hmmm....
It appears that he has some sort of bullet proof vest under his shirts.
Also the front license plate looks like a Wyoming Cowboy logo.
He is not 'clearly white', even in the updated pic. In the updated pic he has a small 'button' nose, like Asian, Philippino, or Latin mix. Not saying he isn't white, just that it's not 100% clear at this point.
Actually I made the comparison based on the “emo” type haircut based on the more prevalent face on Lanza portraits and this perps similar cut. His most outstanding feature.

Tan yet, not a deep effect on the hair, maybe the hair has been colored.
The left photo really puts his ethnicity at question to me.
Someone should recognize who this is.
Looking at the picture before I read your assessment, I came to the same conclusion: “ Asian, Filipino, or Latin mix”
