Outspoken Republican Congressman Darrell Issa tried to crash a deposition Tuesday on Benghazi, but was promptly escorted out from the closed-door panel on Capitol Hill.
Rep. Trey Gowdy, R-S.C., the chairman of the House Select Committee on Benghazi, had no qualms about personally kicking out Issa, the former House Oversight Committee chairman.
"I'm a prosecutor, we always follow the rules," Gowdy later told NBC News. "[Issa] is not a [Benghazi] committee member and non-committee members are not allowed in the room during the deposition. Those are the rules and we have to follow them, no exceptions made."
The moment just after Issa was booted from the room was also caught on camera. Gowdy threw his hands up as Issa, R-Calif., stormed off.

it is nbc news. there is certainly a grain of truth but it is mostly obama propaganda
"We, your EXEMPT GOP Masters, support the
torture and abuse of conservatives and TEA Party by IRS attacks
.... and their coverup, because they were initiated by us."
This is the first indication I have seen that Issa is real.
Nixon wasn’t impeached. The articles of impeachment were drawn, but the house never voted on them.
The day of the Special Prosecutor was in form. Therefore the tools of the Justice Department were made available, boots on the ground, so to speak, to cease stuff and make messes and kick doors down.
Gowdy has nothing. No Special Prosecutor and the Justice Department will not budge on behalf of this investigation.
Still light years beyond what this current crop of congress-critters would even dream possible.
That's a fact! Wasn't trying to bust your chops or anything, by the way. I figure you'd rather not give any would-be opponent in argument a way to discredit you.
Issa has always been out for Issa. He's always been a smarmy politician. Nothing new here....
I do appreciate that. Funny how you mis-remember things as the years go by.
