Corruption: State Department investigators were apparently pressured to cut parts of a report that would hurt Hillary Clinton's presidential hopes. ServerGate may be followed by InspectorGate.
From 2009 to 2013, she traveled to more nations than any top U.S. diplomat in history. But U.S. foreign policy today is in a shambles, from a destabilized Middle East on the threshold of a nuclear arms race to a backfired Russian "reset" with ex-KGB officer Vladimir Putin becoming more aggressive to America than any time since the Cold War.
Now that incompetence is compounded by more scandal. Richard Higbie, a senior criminal investigator at State's Bureau of Diplomatic Security, gave the Washington Examiner early drafts of a 2013 investigation into the department's policies and effectiveness.
Another found that "rising stars" at State were protected "from criminal charges or from embarrassing revelations that could harm a promising career," including "allegations that a Regional Security Officer engaged in serious criminal conduct including sexual abuse of local embassy staff during a series of embassy postings."
Additionally, "some agents on the Secretary's Detail" were shielded "from investigations into misbehavior while on official trips."
But that may not be the worst of it. The draft notes: "Sources reported that a senior '7th Floor' Department official ordered (diplomatic security) to stop the investigation of an ambassador accused of pedophilia," the Examiner reported.

Pedophilia. Treason. Arming al Qaeda. Arming Iran.
Careful there—if she gets the nomination there’s the possibility that millions of low information voters will vote for her—maybe even enough to put her back in the White House.

(4) Foundation laundry machines: Eaglevale Hedge Fund run by Chelsea's husband, Goldman Sachs principles.
(5) Teneo laundry--employed Bill, Huma Abedin, etc etc etc
(6) Obama foundations' cut of Clinton deals (CLUE: Clinton Foundation donates to Obama Foundation "for the children")
(7) State Dept foreign aid tax dollars funneled back as foundation donations (see Cameroon Baptist Church's $10 million donation)
(8) $6 billion found missing from Hillary's State Dept when she exited.
(9) Hillary gave Haiti billions; brother gets gold-mining license.
(10) Clintons' multiple hidden buck-raking entities (Bill just unveiled The Clinton America Foundation).
(11) Hillary hand-picks recipients of State Dept awards in exchange for foundation donations.
(12) Bill goes to Kazkhstan; Hillary approves Russian takeover of US uranium mines
(13) Clinton/Giustra Canada foundation hides donors.
(14) Clinton's Swedish entity hides donors.
(15) Clintons get rich on tolerance and compassion, w/ an occasional good deed.
(16) MAIL FRAUD---foundation raising money for one cause that went to Bill's "pass-through" for another use.

Bill Clinton globe-trotted; get ahold of his Foundation travel reimbursements to find where the secret accounts are.

So it doesn’t matter Putin continues his invasion of Ukraine....
Or that China knows it can continue grabbing key sea areas, building vast artificial islands on which to plant its flag (and weapons). Or that Bashar al-Assad is back to using chemical weapons, because Obama won't enforce his own “red line.”
As for Iran: It’s already breaking the “interim” US nuclear deal by building enriched-uranium stockpiles far larger than it promised. Iraq?
In the same breath, Obama brags about how “we were able to end two wars."
Too bad ISIS is not cooperating.

I am thinking you are right. It sounds like she was asleep or affected at the wheel. Alcohol? Happy pills? Both? Legal of course but bad stuff.
