I read last week - here at FR - that the Arkansas sheriff that illegaly leaked this story is a lesbian herself. No idea if its true. But it would give a reason as to why she did it.
I had heard that, and Jim Bob mentioned she seemed not to like their family, but I couldn’t prove that. Otherwise, I would have put it in as well. If any FReeper knows and could provide proof, please include it.
Nothing was illegally leaked. The department responded to a public records request and was legally obligated to turn over the requested information.
If this is true, there needs to be a nuclear hammer of destruction unleashed upon her in the form of a civil lawsuit. Criminal as well, if possible, which I think may very well be.
