Alan Dershowitz, the Harvard Law School professor known as a zealous civil liberties advocate, is suing TD Garden nearly three years after a slip and fall in an arena bathroom that he attributes to a depleted supply of paper towels near the sinks.

I usually dont go to the bathroom during the fourth quarter, he noted in his interview with the Globe, but Im getting a little older, and the bladder is a little more active these days.

comes to law he seems to be consistent in
his advanced years. He is not as hypocritical
as typical libtards. Also, he is at odds
