BALTIMORE - A woman and a boy were fatally shot Thursday morning in southwest Baltimore.
City police said officers were called around 8:19 a.m. to the 100 block of Upmanor Road, where a 31-year-old woman and a young boy believed to be around 8 years old had been shot in the head.
Anyone with information about the shootings is asked to call police at 410-396-2100.

Why would anybody call with information about these killings? Anyone identified as a snitch will just be volunteering to be on the rapidly growing list of shooting victims. If the residents don’t like living in a Mogadishu wanna be, they need to change the entire political leadership - not very likely and get off the meme that everything that the police do is racist. They wanted a change in the police culture; they got it.
Baltimore is getting the quality of policing demanded by its citizens and by the President of the United States. They are winning their Civil Rights. Back in my day I didn’t think of shooting people and robbing them and burning their property were civil righst but, hey, we’ve all evolved.

If the shooter is White, call the justice department and CNN. If he is black, call nobody and go back and find a White you can blame.
