A spokesman said Israel holds Hamas responsible for the attack.
One hour ago, sirens went off in southern Israel, causing people to seek shelter in their security rooms and in public shelters. In Israel, most houses have a specially built security room that can survive chemical attacks and all sorts of conventional attacks.
A short time later, a rocket probably a home-made M-75 missile with a range of 75 km or a Grad missile landed in the city of Gan Yavne, east of the coastal city of Ashdod.
They don't turn the other cheek, the way they done before.
He's pretty much castrated our military and isn't about ready to do more than wiggle when his seat gets too uncomfortable. He has no foreign policy but does everything like he's playing pick up sticks!
Note to Turdogan: You want to invade Jerusalem? OK, you go first. The rest of the asshats will be right behind you. And oh, by the way, Make sure you take care of our NATO guys at Incirlik.
Some time ago, I read for several years, on the net, the Jerusalem Post every day. Rockets were hitting Israel every day and finally, the IDF went into the air and on the ground into Gaza and took out where rockets were stored in schools, homes, and hospitals, etc., and blew up tunnels. muslims across the muslim countries yelled and screamed at Israel for that action as well as other countries condemned Israel.
Then, in another year, the rockets started again, day after day, and finally Israel went over and into Gaza again and the muslims countries and other countries had more fits.
Since hamas keeps storing their war “tools” in schools and homes and hospitals, they are going to be killed and hamas knows that and keeps doing it so they can accuse Israel of killing “their innocent” people.
So, your “respond disproportionally” is always the cry of hamas/other muslim countries/other countries.
Israel drops leaflets over the Gaza areas they are going to bomb and invade so the people can get out of the way, but hamas won't let them leave those areas. hamas is allowing the killing of “their” people. The people are stuck because they can't protest against hamas - if they did that, they would be killed on the spot.
The world is coming apart. I am 81 and the world has never been this dangerous. I wear a cross around my neck every day so muslim lovers, including the islamic US president can see I am a Christian.
I also don't capitalize the words, “muslim” “islamic” “islam” “hamas” or any other name pertaining to these killers.

That’s something that used to really anger me about the Bush administration. Arabs attack, no comment. Israel retaliates, and the “Woe is me” crowd tells it to show restraint and not over-react.
Tell you what George and Condoleezza, in case you folks couldn’t grasp it, Israel was defending it’s borders, it’s people, and it’s sovereignty.
That’s three things you folks couldn’t always seem to get right when it came to our open borders.
You are a great woman. I am honored to know you.
Oh and sweety?
55 gallon water drum, and a water bob with a bathtub.
I am not so screwed.
Dude. Your /sarc tag was missing.
In 2006, during my tour in Ramadi, the ROE handed down by our feckless political masters were (at the time) allowing us to light up hospitals, schools and mosques - but ONLY IF we were taking fire from them, and even then, we had to OBSERVE THE SHOOTER.
The IDF has no such ball-gags on their troops - if you shoot, they shoot back. But of course, the useful idiots on the Left will always whine and cry.
uh, that was sarcasm, folks..
It appears the sarcasm flew right over your head..
“It appears the sarcasm flew right over your head..”
No, your view is correct - I was supporting what you said, just adding to it. :o)
The IDF has severe ROE that cause Israeli deaths and spare terrorists. See, for example, this article
http://www.timesofisrael.com/how-gaza-perverts-the-armys-rules-of-engagement/
Remember the Jenin “Massacre”? Ever since then, I have believed that any IDF response HAS been disproportionate...just in the other direction..
“Oh and sweety? 55 gallon water drum, and a water bob with a bathtub. I am not so screwed.”
THIS IS A FIRST - “I AM NOT SO SCREWED.”
My gosh, you shouldn’t have admitted you are not so screwed - every mountain in the world must be undergoing an earthquake at your pronouncement of not being so screwed.
So glad you won’t thirst to death. Now, get the harem women out of your house so you won’t have to water and feed them. :o)
Islam is NOT a religion much less one of Peace. It is a repressive system of government that seeks to enslave the population where it is either growing or dominate. Until our leaders realize that and base US policy on the containment or destruction of the Islamic state structure/practice we will all be in danger of losing our lives/freedom to the barbaric hordes.....
I need medicals and more food.
AND KNOWLEDGE / SKILL.
There are certain things I learned from Selco:
1) Leave city after first wave
2) Silence and lack of movement best when scaving. iIf entering area, sit tight for an hour to see who moves. No flashlights.
3) Shelter in day, move at night
4) Simple cut can kill you
5) Numbers. Numbers. Numbers
6) Make apartment look robbed
7) Precious metals are risky. Products are better currency.
8) You can make dummy weapons to great effect.
9) ACT. Do not freeze. Realise the world has changed and ACT.
10) Important medical supply list: http://shtfschool.com/blog/page/9/
11) Important web security http://shtfschool.com/blog/page/8/
12) Waste disposal bags, gloves and masks are important to own
Still have 7 more pages of posts to go.
