The violence in Baltimore worsened over Memorial Day weekend, with 32 reported shootings and nine fatalities.
There have now been 35 murders this month in Baltimore, the highest monthly total since 1999.
A current Baltimore police officer who chose to hide his identity reacted on “Hannity” tonight, saying that the surge in violence is a “direct result” from the six officers who were indicted by a grand jury in the death of Freddie Gray.
“After the protests, it seems like the citizens would appreciate a lack of police presence, and that’s exactly what they’re getting,” the officer said. “No proactive policing right now.” …

Mixed feelings. I’m glad there are people that want to do police work, but I don’t understand why.
Sure the rabble want chaos. But the city government doesn’t. They need the order and normality so business and citizens can pay their taxes and support their re-elections. Seems like the city government pandered just a little too far.
Ignorant and dumb people wonder why as they can not correlate cause and effect........The bad part is that it will only get worse as in order to fix the problem you have to understand, recognize and acknowledge the underlying cause and that would be too much to ask for from a socialistic leadership which thrives and prospers from a dumb and ignorant constituency something they have to rely on to keep them in power.

It’s a reference to Darwin’s term’”natural slection” but renamed “survival of the fittest” by economist, Howard Spencer, who had read Darwin’s book,”Oigin of Species” and applied it to economic principles. A lot of people on here call it “Darwin’s Law”. I’m definitely not the first.
BTW I don’t buy into the evolution theory especially after reading “Origin of Species” and seeing evidence of adaptation not one creature evolving into a different kind and learning why evolution is taught in school’s today based on falsified evidence (a large hog’s tooth was presented as evidence of a missing link between man and his ancestors in the John Scopes trial; he had been charged with teaching evolution in school. They did not realize it was a hog tooth until later).
They might if they knew this was happening, but it's apparently not newsworthy.
Assign all black officers to those black neighborhoods. Assign the other officers to parts of the city where they're appreciated.

Like most black democrat run urban sh!tholes, Baltimore is intensely anti-gun and anti-self defense. The Baltimore city government (for that matter the entire state of MD), the Balto. police and the government apologists make self defense a more serious crime that assault.
It is virtually impossible for anyone except the very well connected (and judges of course) to get a concealed carry permit and has been for many years. This of course does nothing to deter criminals, but puts a severe damper on self defense - as is the intention. After all they don't want their precious black criminals to come to any harm while practicing their chosen profession.
They won't mention it at all.

I saw an article on FR this a.m. where the Chief had a meeting last night with some of the police and apologized to them.
Next on was a black Baltimore councilman and a black dude that was head of some group - he was blaming the problems on “white privilege” and ____ racism (I forgot what type of racism he called it).
Sherriff David Clarke was on next and he was his usual good self.
It doesn't apply in Merryland, every one is so happy and merry, there is no need for self protection.
