It’s more proof that Sanders is a babbling fool. The rate was once 90 percent while Jack Kennedy was president. He cut it to 70 percent, and revenues INCREASED. Reagan cut it again to 28 percent, and revenues nearly DOUBLED. Only a fool fails to learn from history.
