WASHINGTON (AP) A Supreme Court ruling due in a few weeks could wipe out health insurance for millions of people covered by President Barack Obama's health care law. But it's Republicans not White House officials who have been talking about damage control.

I understand that. Would you like my book on the problems with the GOP e, dating back to 1980? It was an Amazon best seller for a while.....
But you should see someone about your MDS.....he’s irrelevant now.
The people had a vote about obamacare in 2014, look at how many politicians were elected for campaigning to repeal it (GOp) and look how well THAT worked
“Well, first my post was not to you,”
My, you have a thin skin - This is a PUBLIC forum. And I simply responded - NOTHING PERSONAL
“Second, Ive written a best selling book about the problem with Mitt, Rove and the entire Republican establishment “
Sorry, I have not read any of your books, may have read some of your articles, but do not recall any.
“.And I cover every election since 1980 in making my case, so Im good on the history standpoint, thank you very much.”
Since you have covered Elections for a few years - have you come to any conclusions? - As in the Republicans are as much in favor of Humongous G’ment and the Commies?
So where do you stand on LIMITED FEDERAL G’ment ?
But enough about you....
btw - easy on the Alinsky tactics - you really have an affinity for name calling on threads.
The Dems wrote the crappy law 100%. They own the blame 100%.
So a new repub pres will immediately be blamed and held resposible for domestic and international chaos thea is being created under Obama.
“But enough about you....”
Now that is Funny - Sure with I thought of that
You are the one showing the thin skin - that’s all I was pointing out. You posted back to me AS IF I had posted to you. That’s different that just chiming in. It’s all okay, but so is a post calling you out on it too. THATS what we call a forum.
Now, everything single thing you’re ranting about - I’ve written and commented about for 20 plus years. We have almost no DISagreement on any of it.
But I do tire of people who just post about the same thing regardless of what the original post was about. This is the case with the poster I addressed. Not that what they said was wrong (altho I think there is a little misunderstanding on their part about the difference between a state and a federal program, but that’s a quibble for another time) - but that what they said was old news, and not relevant to now.
Game set match!
Repeal.
Don’t replace.
Good observation.
2016 will be marked with low dem turnout.
The -D’s gave us ObamaCare and the -R’s funded it.
The states are the wrench wedged in the works.
If the GOP is this fearful of the inevitable temper-tantrum that will occur when you take freebies away from people, they may as well just fold-up their tent right now.
Romney must have been totally suckered by ted kennedy (or his heirs) for that fiasco. It was a too good to be true scam that Romney fell for like a spam email.
There’s a smart way around what you suggest.
Let the Dems put up their fix. Then load the thing with a bunch of poison pill amendments that are popular, but the Dems will never accept. When the Senate Dems filibuster (or, if they lack the courage to do so, Obama vetoes) the Dems are back to owning it.
The idea earlier about patching the issue with a time-limited fix would be a good amendment. Killing the built-in Federal HealthCo bailouts would be good too, stripping the authority of the HHS Secretary to make significant changes unilaterally, etc. Anything that exposes how the thing really works behind the scenes.
,,,,,, bring on the heat !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
They’ll feel the heat from the moochers getting free sh!#!!!
On Christmas eve!
Not if the uni-party GOPers have their way.
