Senate Majority Leader Mitch McConnell and Sen. Orrin Hatch may soon give the President authority to write gun control restrictions into a trade agreement. So click here to contact your Senators - whether they are liberal or conservative. Urge them to vote against the anti-gun fast track bill (S. 995). Will UN-style gun control be rammed down our throats?
Gun import bans ... Microstamping of firearms ... Ammunition bans ... The full implementation of the anti-gun UN Arms Trade Treaty ... Illegal amnesty which locks in millions of new, anti-gun voters.

The thing that is so depressing is that Ted Cruz is going to vote for it. Mr. GG2 and I were like WTF? The Cruz comes out with this BS explanation for voting for cloture. WE are still like WTF?
Republicans have lost the Senate to the uniparty.
The Republicans are in danger of losing the Senate.

Worse than that.
Our nation teeters an event away from total anarchy&chaos.
yep. Just like hate crime legislation, feminist courts and now illegals, TPP is meant to further the reach of judges in the assassination by courts system.
The case of the Mountain Man sued by an illegal maritime court on Youtube is what it is.
TPP will use maritime courts of the sea outside the Constitutional restrictions.
This is a fiction.
Then Cruz is off the list for POTUS.
They don’t care about it being an election year on this issue. They know conservatives in GOP can be kicked in the teeth and they will still vote GOP. They count on conservatives being chumps.
Nice of you to sidestep the issue. You are very skilled in deceptive argument. The issue is the secrecy and the flagrant disregard for transparency and open government. It is so bad in this situation members of both parties have complained about it. On principle, when I see a bill can’t be shared in advance with the American people I default to it being a bad bill. Convince me otherwise.
Trade deficits and surpluses are extremely overrated.
Protectionist use the “trade deficit” as a tool hammering free trade, but they can’t explain the damage that is done by having one.
Our inflation-adjusted exports to Canada and Mexico have TRIPLED since NAFTA.
If anything, trade deficits are actually a good sign of strong consumer buying power and standard of living. It’s a sign of economic health. There are third world countries all over the world that are running trade surpluses. Lots of good it is doing for them.
Why the secrecy?
Good post. You nailed it on disinformation also being present to support it. Aristofan is a perfect plant of disinformation.
Great post!
If it’s supposedly so good for us and a conservative policy, why is the damned thing secret?
You probably should go back and take a refresher course in Disinformation 101. Your attempt obviously did not work.
Perot was dead on right. You can't seriously claim that Manufacturing in this country has increased since NAFTA.
NAFTA has DECIMATED manufacturing in this country. The only detail about NAFTA that Perot got wrong was that Mexico was merely a rest stop on the way to shipping tens of thousands of manufacturing jobs to China.
The rest of your post is frankly, bullshit. You don't know what's in the deal because none of us can see it.
It is not stuffed envelopes. It is FBI files, as in Senator do you really want your wife to know about that affair or the IRS to know about that side business.
The Supreme Court has nothing to do with it. Quit spewing disinformation. The question is not if it is legal. The question is whether it is a good deal or not. You are so full of BS you really need to go back to lurking.
Thanks Kentucky. You should have elected someone who isn’t blackmailable.
It’s NOT secret. Stop repeating misinformation/propaganda! The TPA lifts any and all secrecy from it. There will be no secret deal. Why is this so confusing?
There’s nothing secret about it. This TPA lifts any secrecy surrounding the negotiations. When the deal is negotiated, it will be public and put to an up and down vote. You are repeating propaganda.
