The Bandidos motorcycle gang has a saying: Cut one, we all bleed.
Its not clear who started the cutting, but there was plenty of bloodshed on Sunday when the Bandidos brutally clashed with members of several other bike gangs at a restaurant in Waco, Tex. A wild shootout in broad daylight left nine bikers dead, 18 wounded and at least 165 under arrest.
The confrontation began about noon at a Twin Peaks restaurant in a shopping center and quickly escalated from fisticuffs to all-out war, said Sgt. W. Patrick Swanton, a police spokesman. At one point, as many as 30 gang members were shooting at one another in the restaurants parking lot. Police found more than 100 weapons and scores of shell casings.

RIP Det. Scotty Morgan. You’re a hero.
“Police found more than 100 weapons “
I haven’t heard how many are guns. And how many knives found were actually illegal to carry? I mean, this is Texas.
Not that I shed any tears for members of biker gangs, but I do wonder how many involved in fist fights were killed & injured by police gunfire and will the public actually get an accurate accounting of how many they killed and shot.

So biker gangs are not as evil as people think?
Feared by who should be the question.
Texas knife laws are pretty whacked. It’s the leftover laws from the Indian raid days that are a problem. Blade can’t be more than 4” and so on.
Contrast with the American Legion Riders and the Patriot Guard Riders.
Bikers don’t usually mess with Civilians unless you give them a reason. Give them a wide berth, mind your manners around them and you should be ok. And if youre in a bar and they show up, make a quick exit. They do tend to get frisky after a few beers and might take exception to the color of your shirt or something.
I believe it’s 3” here - which allows for many pocket knives and a lot of people carry them.
Anyways, I’m really wondering about the justification for all the shooting that the cops did.
I rode when I lived in the Seattle area. There were lots of “biker Thursday” type events. My band played at one.
But most of the bikers, though some looked tough, were RUB’s (Rich Urban Bikers). And then there were the Bandidos. They were the guys you stayed away from. There was real risk of being hurt, physically, if only because you were near them when it went down.
The Yellow Bird tavern in Enumclaw was a hang out. I believe it also burned down and was rebuilt. But I could be wrong.
But they were the only group that I considered the “real deal” of biker gangs, as in, “matched what average people feared about biker gangs”.
So who won the shoot-out...the Bandidos or the Cossacks?

So, decide for oneself. Evil? But a threat they are.
I dount many were dumb enough to bring only a knife to a gun fight.
--they usually don't bother "civilians", only each other. While some of the activities in which they engage are illegal, such are only engaged in by willing participants. On the other hand, most of the activities which politicians do involve the unwilling---
The lower orders tend to behave exactly as the MSM instructs them as to how they should behave. The somewhat more intelligent classes accept the romanticization of biker culture. Witness the Harley craze among otherwise mature adults who spend a fortune on chromed Harleys, all the Harley leather gear, including fringed saddle bags, do-rags, and even get tattoos.
Life often imitates art. Need more proof? Look at what "Rap art" did to Trayvon.
Funny you should mention that. My wife and I ride. A couple of years ago we were in a bar and grill frequented by motorcycle enthusiasts of all kinds. Noticed an outlaw mc member by himself at the bar. A while later he walked outside with his cellphone, 20 minutes later there were 15-20 more (plus there women)in there raising hell. I looked at my wife and said “ ok, time to go”. A day or so after that I was doing a routine safety check of my bike that was at that time less than a year old and discovered a nice slice across the tread of the front tire. I probably ran something over on the road but I always wondered if one of them did it while it was parked outside that establishment.
3”?? Man, that’s rough. Some of my Spyderco’s are a bit over 3.
