A civil-liberties group is demanding a two-star Air Force general be court-martialed for mentioning God at a National Day of Prayer Task Force speech on May 7.
Despite the religious nature of the event, the Military Religious Freedom Foundation has called for Olson to be aggressively and very visibly brought to justice for his unforgivable crimes and transgressions, adding that any other service members who helped him should be investigated and punished to the full extent of military law.

Why doesn’t somebody just slap these people?
This reads like satire.
Why are civil liberty groups against civil liberties?
Yeah, slapped with a 2x4. Hard.
Won’t happen.
Meanwhile, get the addresses of those making the accusations out there and let nature take its course.
Among the biggest backers of “separation of church and state” are the American people themselves. They are seeking “freedom from religion.”
Why doesnt somebody just slap these people?
Where is George Patton when you need him?
That really does not make any sense. Pretty much all formal military gatherings include prayers during the ceremonies. Often prayers start and end the gathering. Usually they are delivered by a chaplain or other officiating person. This is a long tradition.
A calendar I bought last year at the Colorado Air Force Academy didn’t even have Easter listed on it. No surprise here.
And isn’t the head of the Air Force in its entirity a person who has NEVER flown before. Good God, are we in trouble.
Unfortunately enough of these sorts of Leftist bent have ascended to power via the judicial pathway, thus their ability to even initiate such nonsense as they do.
There has to be easier, or more obvious means by which to rid our society of those whom abuse our systems for their dubious political wants while still leaving those whom abide by, and protect the constitution safe, and in place.
I guess we need to identify and record all Professional Athletes who thank God for a winning score/tackle/goal.
Those Athletes need to be expelled from their Professional teams and spend two weeks in the Town Center stockade
For a group that doesn’t belief in the existence of God, seems a lot of atheists are afraid of Him.
ISAIAH 54:17
But in that coming day no weapon turned against you will succeed. You will silence every voice raised up to accuse you. These benefits are enjoyed by the servants of the LORD; their vindication will come from me. I, the LORD, have spoken!
These idiots would court-martial GEORGE WASHINGTON for praying at Valley Forge.
And George Patton for praying a written prayer for clear skies over Bastogne.
From: http://pattonhq.com/prayer.html
“Almighty and most merciful Father, we humbly beseech Thee, of Thy great goodness, to restrain these immoderate rains with which we have had to contend. Grant us fair weather for Battle. Graciously hearken to us as soldiers who call upon Thee that, armed with Thy power, we may advance from victory to victory, and crush the oppression and wickedness of our enemies and establish Thy justice among men and nations.”-George Patton
Who can detect the total language-disconnect and cognitive dissonance in the quoted sentence?

There are a lot of interesting comments being made on the website of the group where the letter is posted. I doubt whether most will be up for very long.
The author is getting his shorts hands to him.
