Jurors have reached a decision in the penalty phase of the Boston Marathon bombing trial. Boston: Talks the talk (today), will it walk the walk? The odds say no. Tsarnaev will outlive us all and will walk free someday, thanks to the influence of those Bostonian hand-wringers who gave us Ted Kennedy, Barney Frank, et al. for 40+ years... imo.
I’m sure he isn’t worried because no doubt Obummer will pardon him before he leaves office.
bump
Death? Right. There’s a guy on death row for killing a COP next door in Red Hampshire, and he’ll die of old age. Red Hampshire is about to parole another man for his involvement in another cop’s murder. Massachusetts is more progressive than RH...not a chance of his sentence being carried out...
BTW. Saw on the news where John Hinckly is being considered for release from the mental hospital. He already spends half his time at his mother’s house anyway.
Thats a given.
“Thats a given.”
Time again for BLOAT!
Looks like he gets a painless and quick exit. That is much kinder and gentler than suffering for 70 years in isolation.
Lucky for him I guess.
right back at you
Ironically, they keep killing each other. Idiots. More BACON!
Wow!
They did it - and it had to be unanimous.
How about that.
Thanks for the ping.
I said a while back that a lot of Americans would have to die before western civ wakes up and fixes this mess. I don’t WANT that and I doubt anyone here does, but people are gutless cowards overall and will kick the can until backed so far into the corner they merge with the paint.
I have no doubt there will be multiple hostage situations greated by ‘lone wolf’ (yea right) muslims in our very near future resulting in a lot of dead hostages. And the Muslims told us straight up. They love death more than their own children. We are infidel and thus subhuman and worthy only of death. They didn’t stutter. You don’t fix that with Muslim/Christian alliances and parades/marches. You fix it with killing more of the enemy than they kill of you. So until the ‘appeasement’ stops and meaningful steps are Officially taken to get these animals under control and out of the country, we (Americans) will be dying fairly often fairly soon.
Sucks. But it is what it is. The truth.
“Blow his legs off and let him bleed out. An eye for an eye.”
When the explosion happened and chaos was happening, there was a camera shot of a woman with both legs off up to their connection to the body. I knew she was dead from bleeding out. I have never forgotten that woman and saw her picture today as one of the dead.
This killer has no remorse so being in prison all of his life wouldn’t make him regret what he did. He got the death penalty and I agree to blowing off his legs as I saw that woman with no legs.
Thank you, Mass.man for the hilarity of your comment.
The last execution in Massachusetts was in 1947.
The last federal execution was in 1963, I believe.
This guy won’t die soon.
LOL, for sure.
“But itll take em 20 years to do it. Bad.”
No. This is a federal case, not state, so his death will come sooner than you have stated, within 4 to 5 years, max. Until that time, I heard a description of the federal prison and he will be in a 12x7 cell with concrete walls around him and stay in there 23 hrs. a day. He will not be with any inmate population. There will be a small TV with the federal personnel determining what will be on it. His life is no longer his to do what he will - good.
How about a food choice- pork products or starvation?
It hardly seems fair that Aaron Hernandez is in a 7x10 with a roommate, and this joker gets a 7x12 luxury suite by himself.
It costs about $120,000 / year to keep a punk in federal prison.
