ISIS took Central Ramadi using 6 suicide truck bombs. Civilians and government troops fleeing into the desert.
And ISIS probably took over that city like they did with only a few hundred, just as they did in Mosul. The Iraqi "troops," which outnumbered ISIS 30-1, simply dropped their weapons and ran like the cowards they are.
