My point is that Texas is guaranteed to eventually flip Democrat, once it's Hispanic majority is old enough to vote.

And once that happens the Electoral College, if it isn't already, becomes a solid lock for Democrats and an impossible pipe dream for Republicans.

What the GOP thinks might prevent or delay that outcome is for them to tack hard to the Left on just about every issue, and especially on open borders. Which is pretty much what we see happening today. Of course in the end, it won't help. The GOP will not be able to out-Left the real Left, and it will end up like it exists today in California, as a complete irrelevance.

This judge will not be amused in the least.

To paraphrase that great stand up comic, Joseph Stalin:

"How many divisions has the judge got?"

Yup. And they cannot have that many stupid people that they don’t know it. All the pols, the consultants...which means they aren’t tracking left to save the party. They are tracking left to form one party officially.

No one will accept that outright. Each voter bloc would rebel. So they merely need to govern as one party and keep the individual names to keep the illusion going. And that is exactly what post November ‘America’ (yea right) looks like right now. One party governing under two names.

I have to agree with you Norm. Unless the GOP grows a pair, we are truly finished.

There are only so may ways to cut a pie and the GOP has the only knife. All avenues to any sort of a fix short of Revolution2 begin and end with them doing what they were elected to do.

I understand people’s desire to rely on the law and their memories of it. But I’m sorry. Barry, the man with total control of the situation doesn’t give a tinker’s damn about law unless he can use it to suit him. He has shown it countless times now. Ither the GOP mans up or we end up in in an open dictatorship with parades and palaces and serfs in the fields. And no judge is going to change that.

The Supermes are pretty invested in supporting Barry for the most part. No one can relyy on them. And so what if we could? It still goes back to history. Dictators have a proven track record with judges who no longer serve them and even the supremes have no divisions. Hell they have less authority than a regular fed judge.

I’m with Norm on this one. Your right not to vote but Romney would have been infinantly better than 0. But not as good as Cruz is going to be.

Romney would have been infinantly better than 0.

We conservatives are going to continue to lose ground to the rampaging left of both parties, as long as so many of us keep telling ourselves those sorts of beautiful lies.

It's magical thinking.

You simply cannot review Romney's RECORD in office, and logically come to the conclusion that he would have governed any differently than Obama has.

You and others accept on faith that Romney would have been "better", simply because he had an R velcroed to his sleeve, and he TOLD you he was "severely conservative", when there isn't a SHRED of evidence to support that belief, or what Romney claimed.

Read his record in office, and based upon the evidence therein, make a convincing case that he would have governed as anything but a hard left Democrat.

Go on. I dare you:

Mitt Romney’s Dismal Liberal Record

"As U.S. real output grew 13 percent between 2002 and 2006, Massachusetts trailed at 9 percent.

* Manufacturing employment fell 7 percent nationwide those years, but sank 14 percent under Romney, placing Massachusetts 48th among the states.

* Between fall 2003 and autumn 2006, U.S. job growth averaged 5.4 percent, nearly three times Massachusetts' anemic 1.9 percent pace.

* While 8 million Americans over age 16 found work between 2002 and 2006, the number of employed Massachusetts residents actually declined by 8,500 during those years.

"Massachusetts was the only state to have failed to post any gain in its pool of employed residents," professors Sum and McLaughlin concluded.

In an April 2003 meeting with the Massachusetts congressional delegation in Washington, Romney failed to endorse President Bush's $726 billion tax-cut proposal."

[Cato Institute annual Fiscal Policy Report Card - America's Governors, 2004.]

Romney's "accomplishments".

1. Implemented/created Gay Marriage in MA

2. Supported and forced Gay Adoption in MA

3. Supported Abortion wholeheartedly

4. Raised taxes/fees over 300% while being Governor of MA

5. Implemented a state-level Cap and Trade system.

6. Supported Man-Made Global Warming

7. Supported the Brady Bill

8. Implemented a state level “Assault” Weapons Ban after the Federal AWB was allowed to expire.

9. Supported TARP

10. Supported Amnesty for Illegal Aliens (Citizenship for those already here)

11. Supported McCain-Kennedy (Amnesty)

12. Implemented a socialized medicine program in MA called RomneyCare, complete with an Individual Mandate and $50 abortions.

13. Nominated 27 Democrats (out of 36 nominations) for judgeships in MA, many of them extreme left-wingers.

This does not rise to the level of "High crimes and misdemeanors" is often the quote heard from talking heads.

That makes it sound like there has to be a crime that rises to some level above all other levels. Public officials need to be held to a higher standard meaning a misdemeanor is a crime, just like it is for you and I.

Homeland Security Working Overtime to Add ‘New Americans’ by 2016 Election

And this past week here in AZ we rewarded our illegal invaders with in-state tuition discounts in our three state funded universities. There is NO stopping this fright train, without a second revolution. Be prepared, if enough people can be found awake in this once great nation.

Arizona officials grant in-state tuition to young immigrants protected from deportation

We passed a bill that BANNED discounts for ALIENS in 2006

Q. What is Proposition 300?
A. Proposition 300 is a referendum approved by Arizona voters in November 2006. Proposition 300 provides that university students who are not U.S. citizens or permanent residents, or who do not have lawful immigration status, are not eligible for in-state tuition status or financial aid that is funded or subsidized by state monies.

It is so over.........I defy anyone to state a position advocating voting for a Republican (and you certainly cannot argue for the RAT party). Voting has NO effect - the RATS run to the unelected men in black, e.g. the gay mafia and their anything goes marriage proposition.

You have not shown how things would be better if whatever it is that you wanted had happened. And, for my benefit, what exactly, is what you wanted to happen; and how can you know that I did not do whatever it is you wanted?

Are you SERIOUS? Read what you wrote. You are going to tell me that Mitch and Jonbon losing would have resulted in an equal or WORSE reality than the one that we have now? That is absurd.

Replacing a fully liberal and conservative hating Republican Senate leader with a fully liberal and completely powerless freshman Democrat (while retaining the Senate majority) that could not set cloture votes and shut down conservative amendments to legislation is a bad outcome? Causing horrid legislation to be a fully owned product of Democrats is a bad outcome?

Get you head out of the sand. No one with a brain is buying that. And that is one single example that blows your entire nonsense out of the water. You supported lesser evil. Take responsibility for it.
