“Has there been a civil war? Yeah, it’s a slow-burning civil war. What do you think we are looking at here? It’s a race war. about two weeks ago a very large graffiti appeared on the freeway walls on I-5 in Stockton (CA) in a very visible spot where there is generally no graffiti. It was 2 globs of graffiti overlapping. One was completely filled in with red and the other filled in with blue. At the time I thought - that's odd. It was painted over after a few days.
Anyone else see something like this?
