Obama is doing all he can to fundamentally change America and we the people just sit back and let him. Shame on Obama but more shame on the citizens for allowing it to happen.

Judge Hanen is considering whether to issue sanctions against the Obama administration — though he has said he won’t strike the government’s pleadings, which essentially would have erased the administration’s defense and granted victory by default to Texas. Judge Hanen said that while that may have been warranted, it would be a disservice to the weighty issues at stake in the case, including fundamental issues of presidential power.

And here we see the power of the digital transfer of large amounts of bribe money from the Fed to whomever obama wishes to buy, reward or silence. A digital transfer is how your paycheck get;s to yur bank account.

I hope Hanen throws some of these Dept. of Injustice hacks in solitary confinement. Just to get their attention. And then really lower the boom.

So, let me get this straight.

The Judge orders the government’s attorneys to produce a critical document that would clearly demonstrate the government’s guilt or innocence.

The attorneys produce the document in question but ask the Judge not to read it for some BS reason.

WTFO?

I have an excellent idea. How about the Judge hand each of the attorneys involved a sealed document that punishes them for actively deceiving the court. They attorneys must comply with the sealed document but aren’t allowed to unseal it to see what they are supposed to do. Then the Judge is allowed to punish the attorneys for failing to comply with his secret, sealed, and unread court order.

Again - WTFO?

But, that is exactly what the government, through its attorneys, is asking the Judge to do. IMHO the Judge should give the attorneys 10 minutes to decide to unseal the documents in question. At the end of 10 minutes the documents are unsealed and distributed to every concerned party and published on the internet.

If they are so bad that the Federal Government is willing to demand that the Judge can not read them they must be published immediately!

`L’estat, C’est moi: The state, it is I.’

Thanks to our feckless GOPee Congress, King Obama actually believes the above.
The Senate and House drones believe that `separation of powers’ means: standing the h*** out of his way.
Eunuchs.
I’ve made it clear to my “conservative” rep that he’d better start making contacts for a post-public servant lobbying job ...

Well he’s been flipping the bird to the Legislative branch for six and a half years. Had to figure he’d get around to the Judicial sooner or later.

Judge Hanen said that while that may have been warranted, it would be a disservice to the weighty issues at stake in the case, including fundamental issues of presidential power.

Executive power? Less than two years ago, self-proclaimed Constitutional Law professor Barack the First said:

“My job in the executive branch is supposed to be to carry out the laws that are passed. Congress has said ‘here is the law’ when it comes to those who are undocumented, and they’ve allocated a whole bunch of money for enforcement. And, what I have been able to do is to make a legal argument that I think is absolutely right, which is that given the resources that we have, we can’t do everything that Congress has asked us to do. What we can do is then carve out the DREAM Act folks, saying young people who have basically grown up here are Americans that we should welcome. … But if we start broadening that, then essentially I would be ignoring the law in a way that I think would be very difficult to defend legally. So that’s not an option. … What I’ve said is there is a there’s a path to get this done, and that’s through Congress.”

Barack the First has rarely told the truth, but I hope the judge will listen to that quote and take our Dear Leader at his word. Telling the truth is a dangerous mistake for a wannabe petty tyrant.

Whew, I am sure glad this Judge shut Bammy down otherwise he would be issuing Green Card willy nilly. All this creepers her that believed this judge stopped the administrations come here and apologize to those of us that knew his stay meant nothing to these lawless thugs. Not unlike Trey Gowdy accepting Hillary's word and Roberts' super secret plan to demolish ACA.

What could Bill Clinton possibly convey in a speech that is worth $500,000.00?
