The public should sue every one of the democrats and Obama who publicly went forward with claims of reduced premiums, extended care, better coverage, etc. I mean to sue them for knowingly using falsehoods to gain public support and advantage. I didn’t have to Pay any extra Tax because of Obamacare.
I’m just paying an additional $700 a Month for our Health Insurance. It was $1,200 a Month in December 2013. Now it’s $1,900 a Month for my Wife and I.
We lost our Insurance because it didn’t Qualify. Had to go to my Retirement Insurance Plan to keep the same level of Coverage. Mt Former Employer does not subsidize their Retirement Healthcare Insurance, they just offer an array of Plans under their Group Pricing. It equals COBRA Rates.
The Premium went up $400 a Month in 2014 and it went up $300 a Month in 2015.
Lord knows what our 2016 Premium will look like.
Still waiting for those “John Roberts Super Genius” guys on the right side to come out and defend the ObamaCare decision.
Yet the democrats believe hat they will win in 2016, when the people in the middle class have been screwed. Watch the amount of new sales on Motorcycles, Scooters, ATVs, UTVs,Boats, waverunners, and snowmobiles drop drastically as the middle class is hit with less disposable income. Not only that, but a lot of people had to go to places like H&R Block for the first time in their lives to do to their taxes because they could not figure out the Obamacare portion of the forms. What used to be EZ is not anymore.
I know a person who this happened to and she was hopping mad that she had to pay over $100 to H&R Block (first time in over 30 years she’s not been able to fill in the EZ herself) + she had to pay back some of the so-called subsidy. And yes, she’s a hardcore Dem and Obama voter.
The O/Care con artists are on a crime spree to work the dismal numbers----lots more tricks up their sleeves. Enrollees got conned into this scheme.. The enrollee numbers are so low, Obama ordered HHS to pump the numbers to dupe the taxpaying public into thinking the atrocity is popular....

BACKSTORY In the fall of 2009, Sen. Harry Reid (D-Nev.) was trying to get the necessary 60 Dimocrat votes to pass the Affordable Care Act. He needed every Dim on board, which gave waffling senators a great deal of leverage. In Landrieu's case, she connivingly saw that selling her aye vote could get her maybe $200 million federal dollars. Obama complied. Reid chalked up another vote for Obamacare----not the measly $200 million but $4.3 billon was attached to the Obamacare bill earmarked for Landrieu.

REFERENCE---- ACA SEC. 4002. PREVENTION AND PUBLIC HEALTH FUND.
(a) PURPOSE. It is the purpose of this section of the Affordable Care Act (Obamacare) to establish a Prevention and Public Health Fund (referred to in this section as the ‘‘Fund’’), to be administered through the Department of Health and Human Services, Office of the Secretary, to provide for expanded and sustained national investment in prevention and public health programs to improve health and help restrain the rate of growth in private and public sector health care costs.
(b) FUNDING.—There are hereby authorized to be appropriated, and appropriated, to the Fund, out of any monies in the Treasury not otherwise appropriated—
(1) for fiscal year 2010, $500,000,000;
(2) for fiscal year 2011, $750,000,000;
(3) for fiscal year 2012, $1,000,000,000;
(4) for fiscal year 2013, $1,250,000,000;
(5) for fiscal year 2014, $1,500,000,000; and
(6) for fiscal year 2015, and each fiscal year thereafter, $2,000,000,000.
(c) USE OF FUND.—The Secretary shall transfer amounts in the Fund to accounts within the Department of Health and Human Services to increase funding, over the fiscal year 2008 level, for programs authorized by the Public Health Service Act, for prevention, wellness, and public health activities including prevention research and health screenings, such as the Community Transformation grant program, the Education and Outreach Campaign for Preventive Benefits, and immunization programs.
(d) TRANSFER AUTHORITY.—The Committee on Appropriations of the Senate and the Committee on Appropriations of the House of may provide for the transfer of funds in the Fund to eligible activities under this section, subject to subsection (c).
