Darkness is falling, and reports are that the crowds are getting larger and more tense.

Baltimore Dispatch just gave the 40 minute warning. Sounds like they are really serious about enforcing a FULL curfew.

Same exact thing they did in Ferguson. Curfew will come and nothing will happen. They will wait until individuals start tossing things at police and will rush them and take them out one by one.

This is a MAJOR U.S. City of 623,000!
If they can lock this dowm with just 2,000 police/troops, it will be a MIRACLE.
