I know a Methodist pastor who told me recently that he used to really like Billy Graham, but these days, he just can’t like him anymore because of all those years that Graham did “Crusades” and now he feels the need to apologize to Muslims for the unintentional pain that Graham brought to them by using “that word”.
The only way to save Western Civilization is to start shooting people like that in the face. There’s no softer way to put it.

I know how you feel. My Methodist minister is a lefty. During the Ebola episode I told her that it would be insane to put 300 million people at risk, in the name of political correctness. She said that we could treat them better here. I still think she’s insane to this day.
