Maine NAACP, when they accused him of a pattern of racism: “Tell them to kiss my butt!”

He correctly referred to them as just another "special interest group". (Klan with a tan)

LePage another example of leadership a man who will stand on principle, will not waiver, wobble, backtrack and suddenly change his mind because it is politically expedient to do so.

Engaging personality. Ballsy too. He reminds me of Chris Cristie before “The Sandy Hook Bromance of 2012”

But wait a minute.

I thought Republicans who compromised and worked with Democrats always win?

LePage: “I was a Democrat, until I learned to count.”

Ouch!

LePage was as blunt as could be: “I was a Democrat, until I learned to count.”

My favorite line.

What LePage has done in Maine is comparable to what Walker has done in Wisconsin. Maine is similar in politics.

LePage is now pushing for a change in the state constitution to eliminate the income tax, and it looks like there will be a real battle.

You have to love governors like Walker and LePage.

They show what one man with courage can do.

A number of leftists pulled me aside before the last election. They told me that they were voting for LePage, but didn’t want anyone to know it. They wanted to talk to me to find out more about him, the press here in Maine is dominated by leftist billionaire husband of Cheri Pingree a radical first district representative.

Kick Susan Collins in the butt while you’re at it, Guv.

And Angus King also.

Also, I saw the results of a poll on TV.

The question was, “Are you in favor of the governor’s plan for welfare reform, or do you support the democrat’s version?”

58% supported the LePage postion
42% supported the dems.

The woman reporting the results on the morning news said, “It’s not even close!”

I never saw the poll mentioned again. Ha!
