Just to clarify, I am asking what Jesus said. To be sure, Scripture is against homosexuality. I was just looking to see if I missed anything Jesus said about it in the Gospels. I can’t find a thing. It just strikes me as weird that Jesus never made mention of it, unless I missed it.
So when He said...
Truly I tell you, it will be more bearable for Sodom and Gomorrah on the day of judgment than for that town.
Matthew 10:15
You can be SURE that the reference He was making was WELL understood by His audience; too.
I don't recall Jesus ever 'saying' that a person should not chop another fellas leg off; but I'd bet money He was against it.
Lev 20:13 If a man lies with a male as he lies with a woman, both of them have committed an abomination. They shall surely be put to death. Their blood shall be upon them.
Who said this? Jesus, the Lord.
Lev 20:1 Then the LORD spoke to Moses, saying,
That being said though this is the standard for followers of God. For Christians. If one is NOT a follower of God then this doesn't apply. It's not a bad idea but this is somewhat normal behavior for those who don't know the Lord.
Jesus was Jewish, and the Jews accepted homosexuality as an abomination, so there was no reason to point out a behavior that was not happening in the community.
