Marco Rubio runs best against Hillary Clinton among all Republican 2016 contenders, according to a new Quinnipiac University national poll released Thursday.
Clinton has a clear lead over all potential Republican opponents in prospective matchups, with the exception of Rubio, whom she leads by just 45 percent to 43 percent within the margin of error.

.
. The numbers suggest that the Florida senator has received a slight boost by formally entering the race. In March, before either Rubio or Clinton had officially announced their candidacy, 46 percent said they would back Clinton. When the question was first asked in March 2013, 50 percent said they would support Clinton against Rubio, weeks after he delivered the Republican response to President Barack Obamas State of the Union address.
The new poll also shows voters continuing doubts about Clinton. A majority of all voters 54 percent said Clinton is not honest or trustworthy. Asked the same question about former Florida Gov. Jeb Bush, Wisconsin Gov. Scott Walker and Kentucky Sen. Rand Paul, more voters said that all of them are honest and trustworthy than not, but to varying degrees (43 percent, 33 percent and 44 percent, respectively).
Voters appear to be split on whether they like Clinton: Forty-six percent view her favorably, and 47 percent do not. The numbers represent a continuing decline in her favorability since leaving the State Department in 2013, -SNIP-

lol Until next week.
Cruz/Palin or Cruz/Bolton vs Clinton/Romney or Clinton/Rubio
Who announces next week. So far the three that have announced have had their bounce. It will be that way for 17 more candidates. By the end of 2015 they will say “Who?” to the first three candidates. That is how it works.
Consider the source - Politico.
Do you think they would ever publish a poll with Ted Cruz in the lead???
A pack of lies.
The GOP primaries are going to come down to Bush, Paul and probably Rubio. I have nothing bad to say about Cruz, and Scott Walker is still probably my guy, but I don’t see either one of them surviving past Super Tuesday.
Polls at this point are to shape opinion, not reflect it.
Rubio cooked his goose when he schemed with Schumer against te citizens.
The Ministry of Propaganda will push only amnesty candidates.
The source is Qinnipiac.
Eh, whatever. Polls at this stage are meaningless. I don’t get as worked up over politics as I used to and have no really strong preference in the field. There are only two GOP candidates that I would not vote for under any circumstances.
I think walker has a shot. I would vote for Cruz in general, but don’t think he will be nominee.
Bush & Christie?
I think its probably already too late for either to compete monetarily. I expect Paul to use his father's guerilla campaign playbook and stick around into the summer. It will come down to Bush and Rubio.
Draft Condi?: In Poll, Only Rice beats Hillary Clinton (43-40%)
I’d pull rubio over jeb
By next week, most wannabes will be showing in the polls as beating Hillary.
Today has shown that the Lib anti-Clinton faction(s) are determined to take her, possibly BJ himself, and the Clinton Foundation down. They don’t even need to get her to quit — they just need to damage her enough that a younger, more charismatic knight steps up to challenge her. [Shades of 2008]
“There are only two GOP candidates that I would not vote for under any circumstances.
Bush & Christie?”
Trump and Carson. The former is a nut and the second is too inexperienced.
Hillary Clinton will not be a candidate in 2016, or ever.
Can Rubio debate in a heated situation? That is a question.
Yes, he is on the wrong side of the stick because of immigration but his explanation is that the Prez. would pull executive amnesty and that is what happened.
So, this doesn’t push me into his camp but it is a situation to observe.
Politico = communist liberal democrat propaganda spew
Again, this is from Qunnipiac, as reported in Politico.
