Marco Rubio leads the GOP field in a new national poll and runs best against Hillary Clinton, a big shot for his campaign that's just over a week into effect.
Rubio takes 15 percent of the GOP primary vote, according to the Quinnipiac poll, with Jeb Bush earning 13 percent and Scott Walker 11 percent. No other candidate tops 9 percent and 14 percent remain undecided.
Clinton naturally blows away any Democratic competition and other Republicans, except 43-year-old Rubio. In a general election matchup, Clinton gets 45 percent of American voters to 43 percent for Rubio. That's better than other Republicans, including Bush whom Clinton leads 46-39.
The youngest member of the GOP presidential posse moves to the front of the pack to challenge Hillary Clinton whose position in her own party appears rock solid, said Tim Malloy, assistant director of the Quinnipiac University Poll. This is the kind of survey that shoots adrenalin into a campaign. Marco Rubio gets strong enough numbers and favorability ratings to look like a legit threat to Hillary Clinton.
Bush tops the no way list as 17 percent of Republican voters say they would definitely not support him. Chris Christie is next with 16 percent, with 10 percent for Rand Paul.
From April 16 21, Quinnipiac University surveyed 1,353 registered voters nationwide with a margin of error of +/- 2.7 percentage points. Live interviewers call land lines and cell phones. The survey includes 567 Republicans with a margin of error of +/- 4.1 percentage points and 569 Democrats with a margin of error of +/- 4.1 percentage points.

That’s funny.
another BS Quinnipiac poll. These lib clowns come up with numbers out of their ass.
Completely ridiculous.
So we have
Rubio first
Jeb Second
Walker Third
and nobody else in double digits.
Well as long as Jeb isn’t first in any poll and eventual primary I don’t care the placement of the others. They will all have their chance at number one in the polls. Rubio is the only one that has announced in the top 3 so these polls are worthless.
Not buying it.
Rubio is a non-starter, his Gang activity was enough to convince me he is not worth a vote.
Rubio’s pro-illegal position would cause the republicans to lose much of the conservative vote in the general election - again.
Yet in all probability, the winning candidate in 2016 will have to carry Florida where Rubio would likely be one of the strongest against THE BEAST.
Cool.
I won’t be voting for him.
To add, libs from Quinnipiac now know he’s pro-fag, pro amnesty and open borders. They’ll bump his numbers because he’s the republikan they can hold their noses to.
Rubio is a non-starter, his Gang activity was enough to convince me he is not worth a vote.
I don’t count him out. Most people don’t even know what gang activity he was involved in. If you said Gang of 8 to average voters they would look at you like you were another species. Rubio will do well in the primary but won’t get the nomination.
Another national rigged poll - Ho Hum.
Cruz or Lose!
.
As most of us know, the media is fully in support of letting John Hinckley live with his Mom full time. Hinckley is guilty of being a bad shot and trying to assassinate the Republican President Ronald Reagan.
There’s another guy in prison who should also be allowed to get out of prison if Hinckley gets out. Of course, he’s a better shot and he shot a Democrat but I guess the media would never get behind the release of Sirhan Sirhan Sirhan (who assassinated Bobby Kennedy in 1969). He’s been in prison for 45 or so years now; surely he’s at least as rehabilitated as John Hinckley!
Rubio isn’t in the top anything.
He and Bush share the bottom of the cesspool.
We have them figured out.
.
That’s funny. CNN just had a poll that showed Hillary with a 15 point lead over Rubio in Florida.
well see. I don’t count anything out with regards to elections anymore. I can no longer be shocked or disappointed with elections anymore. After 2012 when I swore to my friends that Romney had this in the bag and they BELIEVED me. Even today I get crap from them. So my predictions are just mine and I share them here but I never give opinions on primary or election anymore ever. So if Rubio, Bush, Walker, Perry, Cruz, Linda, and the other 10 or so is the nomination, I won’t be shocked.
Rubio only jumpts to the front of the "Republican" field when you survey half Democrats. lmao.
Next!
Only Don Rickles could top this one.
