Monday on Newmax TVs Americas Forum, political commentator Dick Morris said the Trans-Pacific Partnership (TPA) fast track being supported by many Republicans has a provision that allows for the free flow of workers between countries, essentially creating a backdoor to unrestricted immigration. Morris said, This is huge. I hope everybody listening takes action call your senator about it. If he is a Republican he is voting wrong.

It means literally that congress would not have the authority to restrict immigration because a treaty supersedes a statute under our constitution.

Honestly, I don’t know how any members of Congress sleep at night.
There only concerns are increasing their wealth and power.
There are very few exceptions to this....
Unconstitutional treaties are still unconstitutional.
The more this crap goes on, the more I’m convinced we are really only going to have one solution left to deal with this garbage.
Nonsense. You can have free international trade (no tarfiffs) and still control which people (labor) you allow into your country. The two are orthogonal. On products you can also control which ones you allow into the country and which ones you don’t. Of course some flaky libertarians want zero controls on borders but they are idiots.
If the provision is in there then Obama will run to the courts and say they gave approval ahead of time and claim his 2/3 majority that way. In essence back door the agreement to treaty status.

Check out article and comments.
Thanks Velveeta and thouworm.
The White House has become truly an enemy of the United States.
A free flow of workers doesn’t make economic sense in the long term if the reported surge of robotic applications continues its run to projected prominence.
At the rate those interested parties of the TPA are pursuing robotic development, more than a few people might be lead to believe that the elite have reduced humanity to stop gap status.
And the claim found at the following web site that robots improve the quality of work by taking over dangerous, tedious and dirty jobs that are not possible or safe for humans to perform sounds much too familiar for comfort.

Read the bio at the bottom of this page http://www.therobotreport.com/news/latest-research-report-shows-xx-cagr-for-robotics-to-2025 you’ll see the author claims he has informed the politicians from Canada and the USA of the robotic industries advancement and capabilities.
If he did and if they paid attention one could assume they’d be able to see where an over abundance of workers coming up against an increasing abundance of robots does not portend growth for the middle class.
Free flowing workers are, amongst one or two other things. meant to further displace American history and culture with the intent to destroy our freedom.
Did Soros / Steyer personally write this bill?
I don't know about you guys, but I'm not choosing to buy immigrants, legal or otherwise.
You’re welcome, Vel.
Congress knows it and is turning its back on US citizens.
GloBULLists CANNOT be and can never be patriots. Ever. Our founding fathers were very much in favor of protectionism. That policy ended up being a boon to the USA and the Revolutionary war was paid off ahead of time.
The GOP is just as bad as the Democrats—maybe worse, because it deceives its own base.
When will enough people realize that?
Wikki says its a treaty but I dont know
The hits just keep on coming.
It’s the RINO party. What does one expect. Bow over and kiss said butt of the communist dictator from Kenya.
I don’t know where people come up with such ridiculous ideas. Perhaps it is libertarian open borders dogma.
No wonder there's such strong bipartisan support for this. The two parties can bicker back and forth about nothing, but when it comes to open borders combined with outsourcing, they march together lockstep.
