On Thursday’s broadcast of Fox Business Network’s “Making Money,” host Charles Payne made a bold prediction when he suggested that President Barack Obama would make a push for slavery reparations.

“The news is a glimpse of much bigger news that is going to come from the White House, next year, I’m leaning towards,” Payne said during his “Payne’s Passion” segment. “I think that there’s going to be an official apology from the White House to slavery in America and then a major push to get cash, and I’m talking lots of cash.”

“Many including those closest to President Obama will push him to make this happen,” Payne continued. “I actually think it would be a major mistake. Instead, Obama should really discuss and focus on all of the progress we have made and how all Americans need to move forward for better days for all of our kids.”

“Now we have free money that will be given out with no expectations just becuase your black”.

And how much “black blood” will it take to quality for free money? When some freeloader invariably says well my GGGGG granddaddy was a slave, does he qualify for money? This reparations nonsense is the stupidest thing that’s even talked about, with the exception of sodomite “marriage”, in the history of the country. But you can bet if it ever comes to pass it will be some affirmative action fraud like Obamagabe that will do it.

Reparations should be paid by Muslims who were the one who captured and sold mainly to Dutch, British and Portuguese slave traders their unfortunate human prey. A Muslim slave trade that flourishes even today and the victims are mostly Black Christians who are slaughtered and their churches burned while Obama keeps an accomplice silence.

I like the concept. I will tell you I’m very leery of asset forfeiture going to law enforcement due to it’s possible affects leading to corruption.

I’m not totally against it, but I do have a concern there.

I think you’re idea works if the illegal realizes he’s got 24 months to unload his assets and move back to his nation of origin.

I will also note that not all illegals have assets. Some live day to day much like some of our citizens do, rental, old car, nothing to lose by staying.

I do believe the e-check system is important. I also believe going after employers is crucial. When businesses start getting confiscated or simply closed down, the gig will be up.

Same thing with landlords and property.

None of my ancestors ever traded or owned slaves. But Obama’s certainly did. His ancestors were big-time slave traders.

Free money will increase laziness and isn’t even biblical...though slavery wasn’t biblical, reparations will simply divide...on purpose no less. Forgiveness should be enough along with enforcement of the constitution...however...there will never be enough that whites can do in liberal blacks’ minds...much like Booker T Washington said...it is asymptotic.

Exactly! And then there were other whites who owned slaves but then freed them, like my ancestors. There were also a significant number of free blacks who owned slaves. Betcha their descendants won’t be called upon to pay a penny.

So how much “reparations” will Southern families be getting for having their families murdered and their homes and livelihood destroyed for years after the war ended. Not one penny.

Ain't that the truth. My GGx4 lost four of his brothers who fought for the south. His parents sent him away to another state away from the fighting until the war was over. When he came back, he found his parents killed, and the family farm burn down.
