So how much “reparations” will Southern families be getting for having their families murdered and their homes and livelihood destroyed for years after the war ended. Not one penny.

Ain't that the truth. My GGx4 lost four of his brothers who fought for the south. His parents sent him away to another state away from the fighting until the war was over. When he came back, he found his parents killed, and the family farm burn down.

One of the biggest black slave holders in the history of South Carolina was a black man by the name of William Ellison. His son fought for the South and all he family supported the Confederacy. Proud black confederates.
