INDIANAPOLIS (WISH) — The state of Indiana is watching dueling GoFundMe campaigns after the firestorm of RFRA.
One was established for Memories Pizza and the other for LGBT youth in Indiana.
Memories Pizza is the Indiana pizza shop whose owners said their religious beliefs wouldn’t allow them to cater a gay wedding.
Their GoFundMe site, benefiting the restaurant had raised more than $550,000 as of Friday morning.
The Indiana Youth Group had a campaign established to raise funds that is in direct response to the Memories Pizza campaign.
As of Friday morning, they had raised $2,700.
Their GoFundMe site states that “Take a minute after you’re done trolling Memories on Yelp and being angry about it on Facebook and Twitter and put $1 where your mouth is and do something positive that will have a direct impact on LGBT youth in the state of Indiana.”
A lot of this isn’t even real honest to badness homosexuals. It is sympathetic liberals who have jumped on board this cause du jour.
Someone remind me again why we let ourselves be bullied by these a**holes?
They got mobs of screaming liberals to shriek “BOYCOTT.”
Lesson should be learned, (1) wrap this in prayer and devotion to the Lord next time and (2) have some sort of counter... why not a website of conservative pledges to patronize the state or whatever is under the trial?
One person with a megaphone is louder than a crowd. That’s all there is to the “gay” thing.
I knew numerous queer men from the Houston Montrose area who were involved in the first “gay” radical groups. They had numerous goals. One was to get entrenched in the media, the second was to make sure that what they did physically was never allowed to be talked about. That is their Achilles heel, what gay men do to each other physically, including ingesting human feces. Start talking about that and see what they do, they go INSANE if you describe what they do physically.
They have won the war with their tactics over the last 30 years.

It's interesting that all the Memories donors wish to remain anonymous. the LGBT folks more often than not identify themselves with their real names.
One time we had this waiter, and I could tell that my wife and the other woman were drooling over him. Just for fun I said "You do know he lives in Montrose?" when he left the table, and they both said "No way."
When he came back later I slyly told him that we were new in town and were wondering what there was to do.
The first thing he said was "Well, I live in Montrose and..."
You should have seen their faces.

Helping gay youth? Here near my office in Ybor, the GYYHC (GayYouth Ybor Health Clinic) helps gay (or questioning) youth. Some parents do throw out kids if they come out, so they live on the streets. GYYHC gets money by the Lazy Days RV Dealer Foundation and USF.

I am all for helping kids who get thrown out by parents if they are homosexual.
Kids need help, care and understanding—throwing them out is a hateful act. Of course, I’ve known of parents who have thrown kids out for disobedience, not following rules, drug use, disrespect, etc...that, in my opinion, is legit.
I would hope a Bible believing church or another private, caring organization would do this without rancor.

Did you indicate that you were a supporter of Memories.
It might be a lesson that would reach some that are being led to hate...
and it might be interesting to tally up the donations of Memories supporters.
If they come to any sort of substantial amount it can counter the attempts to paint us as haters.
