That is NOT the bright side. technology has allowed In-vitro fertilization, surrogate motherhood, and government allows gay adoptions.
Which is not in the best interest of the general welfare. The state requires little urchins to grow up and become taxpayers. Homosexual couples are naturally incapable of such.
