I don’t know what happened to Harry but I’m pretty sure Mitch McConnell probably ran to kiss his boo-boo.
It’s really sad looking at an old man with such damage to his eye. On the other hand, how many of us wouldn’t theoretically have loved to punch Harry Reid for disrespectful comments he has made? I would. But Harry Reid the old man I hurt for. Harry Reid the Democrat tool of mobsters(if true) I think got what he deserved.
Let’s say the story is true and a mafia guy did a ‘hurt’ on Harry. If you were a Republican and thinking of running for the senate seat...wouldn’t you sit there and think about this...worrying a bit that they will eventually come to you for a favor that you might not be able to deliver on?
And the other question...what favor did Harry have to deliver? Tax code? Property deal with the feds. Something related to DEA? Banking code fix for money-laundering?
I think the Chi-coms beat the crap out of him for failing to take the Bundy ranch and screwing their utility deal.
If you don’t take favors from the mob, you won’t owe them favors.
I think Harry’s brother done him. Harry likely cheated hm on a crooked deal.
A comment on the article said that any dem would go running off to sue the exercise equipment co. He didn’t. That’s proof enough right there imo.
Also, the mob really wouldn’t be concerned with retribution as there’s always somebody to continue the beatings after the original beater goes to jail.

Amazingly, Harry hasn’t blamed the Koch brothers for this.
I just uploaded the 5th Edition of “Harry: Money Mob and Influence” to Amazon. It is an encyclopedia of Reid’s crimes and bribe taking, 129,000 words. Reid left because he heard the footsteps.

Do you remember when 0 was first inaugurated? I mean just about week one. One of the very first things he and Holder did was round up about-IIRC-a hundred or so of the top East Coast Mafia. Then it just stopped. I thought that he might have gone inland to, oh say maybe Chicago and keep picking them up, but no. As fast as he started he just stopped and I haven't heard another word about the Mafia in the six years since.
I wonder who filled that gangland leadership void on the East Coast.

Bingo! Wise men never let the mob get their hooks into them in the first place. Never accept the first gift or the first favor, and never get yourself into a compromising position where there is even the possibility of an appearance of impropriety. Guard yourself like Tim Scott and Trey Gowdy do, never going anywhere without trusted friends or family. And if you do slip up, do what David Vitter did and confess it immediately to neutralize the blackmailers' power over you.
Personally, I think Harry Reid got his ass kicked for failing to deliver to his mob patrons. Not only does Reid look like a man who has been badly beaten, he acts like a man who has been beaten and thoroughly humiliated.
Close to my theory. Someone in the family not getting enough graft. No sympathy from me. I like to think of it as a beating by proxy from normal America loving Americans.
