Hillary Clinton did not hand over new documents to the House panel investigating Benghazi and wiped her server clean of past emails, the committees chairman said in a statement Friday.
Clinton did not provide correspondence or emails to the Select Committee on Benghazi, Rep. Trey Gowdy (R-S.C.), said, even though the former secretary of state was under a subpoena, issued early this month, for all correspondence from Clintons tenure as secretary of state that focused on Libya and Benghazi.

You can’t wipe it totally clean there are programs out there that will retrieve data even after you have over written them.. I was transferring data from one hard drive to the next and my program it was totally erased.. I bought this program and I was able to retrieve almost everything!
Do a google search on "dban"(Darik's boot and nuke). It's a Linux program that makes 3 passes on a hard drive. The first pass it writes all 0's. The second pass it writes all 1's. The third pass it writes all blanks. Nothing survives. Viruses, trojans, malware - all gone. Before I switched to solid state drives I used to dban my hard drive every 3 to 6 months.
I would expect someone to file a complaint, that would make it to the AG’s desk for charges to be made against her, then the arrest, perp walk, arraignment, media buzzzzzzzzz...
Then...
[insert chirping cricket sound effects]
This in a near perfect world...But then again, I suspect we will never see anything moving forward on this crime, as she will be given, very reluctantly, a Presidential pardon, as soon as the community organizer in chief leaves this office...
The New York Times is also reporting this...If you wanna call it that...Thru the Chicago Tribune no less...

Should be some old copies in Russia somewhere: http://www.freerepublic.com/focus/f-news/2998824/posts
The recipients should have her e-mails.....
Exactly, and their servers will have crashed, as we will find out many many months down the road.
the fear she exhibited during that infamous press conference where she clamed she couldnt possibly use two different phones has to be awfully draining
She's still appealing to tens of millions of American citizens who think she is "on their side."
Nothing new
I seriously doubt the average American citizen today could define the term “secretary of state”.
Gowdy’s hearings will result in a determination of one politician’s character and substance.
And we already know hers.
I’m not surprised. No one should be surprised. IIRC, Hillary dealt with the Watergate investigation.
She did what we always said Nixon should have done. I also doubt she ‘wiped’ her server clean. I suspect she replaced and destroyed any storage devices. You can’t reconstruct what was destroyed.
Gowdy’s recourse could be the NSA...which I would be curious about but would oppose. The last thing we need is giving precedence to the government openly using the NSA’s files on all of us to prosecute us. It’s bad enough that we think they’re collecting EVERYTHING.
If I discovered they were doing so, against what they claim, I would push for it to be stopped and then all data destroyed.
With a blue dress?
Saving this for later use!
The difference btw 18 minute gap and this alleged information purge is that Nixon was hiding a minor campaign burglary and Clinton is hiding possible malfeasance regarding the deaths of State and military persons.
Why isn’t she in an orange suit and shackles?
That "someone" will also be charged with destruction of evidence. If they are ever found out of course.
But these are the Xlintons we are talking about. They have probably threatened that "someone" just to be sure they don't talk.
