KTLA reports, four people were arrested Monday after allegedly skipping out on their bill at an Anaheim-area restaurant and striking a waitress who said it was a “miracle” she survived the hit-and-run.
The victim, Maria Uriostegui, tells reporters she had waited on the customers and had a bad sense about them as soon as they sat down.

I agree that a race war would not end quickly and definitively; Has anyone thought this through in depth? I do military analysis as part of my job; basically create a potential military scenario as accurately as possible and consider possible actions/responses and outcomes.
I've thought through this scenario. If something was triggered the first violence would likely be in the black ghettos, much like earlier race riots. The targets would be targets of opportunity, likely whites/businesses/authority/resources in close proximity, or lying on major public transportation nodes within the same city between urban strongholds. The ghetto tribes have excellent communications, ability to mass quickly, near/far recognition signals, expert knowledge of the terrain(approaches and escapes), and would be the overwhelming majority in these areas against their targets. They are poor at extensive planning, synchronization, setting objectives, disciplined tactics, etc., so attacks would be pseudo-random, mob events much like earlier race riots. The media would do what they always do, downplay the reality of what is happening, just a series of isolated incidents. If armed whites tried to enter these areas, I think you know what would happen. Does anyone honestly believe the "teens" have the capability to deploy out to the rural countryside and organize attacks on your ranch or farm? Absurd, right if you understand what is required to do this? I think if anyone thinks this through in a logical way, assess most likely/most dangerous threat COAs based on reality and what is feasible, you will reach similar conclusions.
What you say makes sense however I think that if there is warfare in our country, powers will arm and stir up and even bus in to the burbs well armed killers. there are people who want the turmoil
Warfare of that sort requires trained armies and arms, I think a “race war” is a different animal, a very low intensity conflict. We’ve seen a taste of it in the Rhodesian transition to Zimbabwe and post-Apartheid South Africa in the form of targeted white genocide in black-majority areas under cover of the media and new governments. It would likely be targeted racial attacks, disguised as civil unrest and insurrection, or simply crime, or even “games” like polar bear hunting. The event chain leading to a more disciplined conflict is highly improbable- neither side currently has the right combination of resources, political will, coalition, or preparation. Aside from this, even the biggest racial agitators are aware that there is too much to lose- whatever is done must retain plausible deniability. If it is a direct attack on the suburbs, for example, there are far too many former and current military who have been doing counter-insurgency for two plus decades, who now live in those burbs who would very rapidly organize and respond to an attack of this sort in a far reaching, decisive grass-roots campaign. It would then be an extremely one sided and bloody affair and it would take generations to undo the fallout, in my opinion.
