Police have announced charges against two 15-year-old boys in the murder of James Stuhlman, who was shot and killed while walking his dog in Philadelphia's Overbrook section last week.
One of those boys remains and large, and is considered by police to be armed and dangerous.
Police say they have in custody 15-year-old Brandon Smith. He has been charged with murder, robbery and related charges.
A warrant has been issued for 15-year-old Tyfine Hamilton - the alleged gunman. Hamilton is also charged with murder, robbery, and related offenses.
Lesser charges are expected to be filed against a third boy, who is 14-years-old.

I totally agree. No real warrior goes into a situation fraught with danger without all the intelligence he can get, all the training and equipment he can muster, and without the intent to come back alive.

I’ve never known anyone more adept at situational awareness than my daughter. It’s almost spooky at times. She misses nothing. Has multiple exit plans and scenarios at any given time in the city.
Reassuring to me of course. But I envy her capabilities. Don’t know how she does it.
I’d be inclined to “speak the word” and just let go of the leashes.

That is so sad to see how young those black kids are. No doubt they have no father involved in their lives. Give them a fair trial and if found guilty, hang them within the year. (Plenty of time for a re-trial). I suppose it would be too much to keep them hanging off the street posts like they do with coyotes on fences to serve as an example.
Sending these kids off to prison only gives them more street cred.

It would be for me. What they, and the badge[ authority] worshipers don’t get, is to them Blacks, muslims, and authority figures, they are just one of the sheep and when the time comes, they will be treated as another sheep. Thus, all their ass kissing is for naught.
