Veteran journalist Ed Klein said on Saturday that the Obama administration "is up to its eyebrows in efforts to stop" Hillary Clinton from running for the White House — including six investigations launched by longtime presidential adviser Valerie Jarrett involving Clinton's years as Secretary of State.
"This administration, the Obama administration, will do virtually anything to prevent Hillary from becoming president," Klein told renowned economist Larry Kudlow on his WABC radio show. Kudlow is also a Newsmax columnist and works for NBC's business channel, CNBC.
"It's their view that if she does become president — like her husband, Bill — she will govern from the left of center and not be a true liberal," Klein said, "and will, therefore, compromise with Republicans like Bill did when he was in office, and will undo a lot of the Obama legacy.
"They are determined to stop her — and, of course, it's not going to be easy," he said.

Yeah? Well, Mr. Klein, let me tell you how well that worked for the Pubbies in ‘08 and ‘12, and, the Republican Party will lose the White House again in 2016 when they nominate Jeb Bush. But, I will do my part to try and make sure that doesn’t happen.
An interesting theory, however, I also think its personal. Obama hates the Clintons with a passion—and that hatred is probably mutual. He probably also does think that they would come after him (and his accomplices like Jarrett) in some fashion.
I do think we would prefer a Democrat in office vs. a Republican. In either case, he will clean up. It’s probably just a question of $80M/year vs. $100M/year. Either way, he is set for life.

Here’s a first on Free Republic. A strong argument in favor of supporting Hilary for President. i can assure you President Jeb will not reveal any of the Obama secrets just like his brother George didn’t reveal any Clinton mischief.
That’s because they are going to run the Moose, MooseShell Odumbo.
Which makes this a very stupid move. Obama must think he has total control of the media if they think to pull this off. Really think about that because this is the only way this maneuver works against the Clintons.
There are left over Clinton administration people in every government department hired by the Obama administration. The only way you keep the dirt and its proof hidden now is with total control of the media.
Otherwise they only won the round against keeping her from running, they did not win the round of keeping this administration from going down in flames....which the Clintons will now do their best to make happen.
There’s a simpler explanation. Obama hates Bill and Hillary. They disrespected him. Being POTUS is sweet revenge on them and he wants to deprive her of that same satisfaction.
It’s not politics. It’s personal.
And before he leaves office he’s going to put at least two more hard leftists on the SCOTUS. That’s a lot more effective than a POTUS, lasts longer too.
In addition, the money behind the Obamas hates the money behind the Clintons.
