I'm not assuming Jeb will be the nominee - that's why I said our real battle with be the primaries to get a conservative candidate in the general election. If, however, Jeb did get the nomination there is no way I could vote for him. I just don't see that he would be any different than whatever Dem gets the nod.

I really don’t know much about him, but like you, I did a bit of searching on him. The arguement he wrote in the following is quite faulty:
“We can often compel them through fear of our votes to hold their nose and vote our way...”
Thus far they have zero, none, nada, fear of our votes because it is US who has kept holding our noses and voting for the liberal just because he is the alleged ‘lesser of two evils’. We keep doing the same thing (voting for the GOP libtard) and keep hoping for different results. The author claims we need a longer timeline. I call BS. A longer timeline only allows the enemy to complete the fundamental transformation America. If I were to try and think like Rove (God forbid), seeing how their strategy of just calling libtard candidates conservative is failing, and the natives are getting restless, I’d hire someone like this author/attorney to write pieces like this encouraging the natives to keep pounding their head against the wall doing the same thing. C’mon, vote for the POS we’ve presented you with just one more time, and THIS time it will be different. No Republicans will elect Hillary. When you don’t offer a choice you lose. Right now we have no choice. If you like getting kicked in the nuts time and time again and then told it was your fault, voting for Republicans is definitely the way to go.

When I’m being shot at, I don’t care if the bullets flying at me are painted red or painted blue. They both serve the same purpose. Likewise, I don’t care if a politician who either directly sponsors legislation that flys in the face of conservative values such as amnesty, anti-gun, pro abortion, pro sodomy legislation, or allows such legislation to go into effect by either doing nothing or approving funds for it, it matters not if that politician calls himself a conservative or a libtard, his actions serve the same purpose. I would be a fool to stand there and continue to take both red and blue bullets coming at me when there is absolutely no indication that the fusillade is going to let up. There may be a colonel off on the sidelines shouting out “stand there in that gunfire just a little bit longer! Can’t you see that it’s going to stop soon?” as my fellow soldiers fall beside me. Yeah, that’s the ticket! As the fundamentals of conservative values, and the pillars that support everything that make this nation what it is, are being irreversibly destroyed before our very eyes, Lucy is off on the sidelines saying this time she won’t pull the football away. Worse yet, if Charlie Brown doesn’t fall for it again and doesn’t run yet again towards that football, fellow peanuts start ridiculing him!
