I would probably do a write in vote for Ted Cruz.

Nothing wrong with that, as long as you do it during the primary and not in the general election.
I have nothing against Ted Cruz, but I have no plan to vote for him in our primary, I will vote for him if gets the nomination

That is exactly what we should be hearing and the stretching of hemp and the crackling of green oak. We are hearing neither. Our government on BOTH sides are getting away with treason and running over the Citizenry. We should expect for from our elected officials

He writes that there is no way to advance a third party. Hell, I would be happy with a two party system. Boehner is proving we have a 1 party system presently and lying to the Citizens is an everyday occurence.

I have never surrendered or quit anything but hell we need to start before we surrender.

3. There isn’t going to be a third party. The GOP has an infrastructure that is powerful, that is effective, and that we need to take over to use to promote conservatism. We can’t build a third party from scratch without giving the liberals the country for a couple decades, at the end of which our third party is likely to be outlawed anyway.

There isn't going to be a third party because guys like Schlichter don't want to build one. In that regard, he's not alone. There are a lot of people on this website who think people who put men on the moon and built an atomic bomb out of a theory cannot create a third major political party. It's ridiculous.

I tend to agree. Americans didn't win their freedom from King George III by voting for it. And the tyranny he was dishing out might be considered mild in comparison to what fedzilla is doing to our citizens today.

I think more and more people are coming to the conclusion that we're going to have to think out of the box to come up with solutions that effect real change and restoration in this country.

That said, I do agree with the author's general tone of defiance and grit.
