Citing his failure to pass stricter gun laws in 2013, President Obama used dramatic language to discuss the gun debate on Friday.
“It is hard to reduce the easy availability of guns,” Obama complained during a town hall meeting at South Carolina’s Benedict College.
“As long as you can go on into some neighborhoods, and it’s easier for you to buy a firearm than it is for you to buy a book, there are neighborhoods where it’s easier for you to buy a handgun and clips than it is for you to buy a fresh vegetable,” Obama continued. “As long as that’s the case, we’re going to continue to see unnecessary violence.”
“Despite the failure of Congress to act, despite the failure of too many state legislators to act, in fact, some place it is goes in the opposite direction, we should have firearms in kindergarten and we should have machine guns and you know in bars and you think I’m exaggerating, you look at some of these laws that come up,” he said.
Obama was specifically referencing a 2013 effort to expand background checks for gun purchases.
“I thought after what happened at Sandy Hook would make us think about it,” Obama said. “You would have thought that’s got to be enough of a motivator. But we couldn’t get it done.”

One might think he was talking about a government project by design put in place to make America want to give up guns and the plan failed. Kind of like Benghazi and the formation on ISIS. Kind of like the Arab spring and brotherhood failure in Egypt. Every evil design this tyrant has is being defeated over time. Bibi just caused his Iran deal to implode. God still protects our nation even from ourselves and the bad people some of our neighbors elect.

Try NJ, Mr.President. Just stopped in to the police station last week to get a couple more permits to purchase a handgun. Presented Firearms ID card issued by the state. Need to be fingerprinted ($60.00)and a background check ($20.00). Consent to a mental health record check. Two reputeable citizens for a reference. Police dept will contact you when they approve. Permits are then issued for $5.00 each.
If you purchase privately, a copy of the permit goes to the State Police, local PD, one stays with the purchaser and one with the seller.
Today we picked up two boxes of canned corn and string beans, no questions asked or police involved.
God still protects our nation even from ourselves and the bad people some of our neighbors elect.
I’m not sure we can vote our way out. Both parties want to continue flooding the country with foreigners.
People have to let go of their noses while voting if it is Jeb vs Hillary and a strong independent. Not confident they will from the comments here.
