Gov. Scott Walker still hasn't spoken with President Barack Obama about the president's love for America, but the possible contender for the Republican nomination now has an opinion on the subject.
Wisconsin's governor tells "Fox News Sunday" that Obama or "anybody else who is willing to put their name on the ballot certainly has to have the love for country to do that."

Sure he does. “Man’s Country.”
“Lets find a better candidate.”
By all means, PLEASE DO!
Wisconsin would LOVE to keep Governor Walker. No sense wasting him on a bunch of ingrates determined to elect Hillary! or Jeb. *Rolleyes*
EEE: I’m not following my own advice today, LOL!
Obama loves the USA....It’s just we’ve yet to see one single solitary example of that. I can give countless examples that he loves enemies of the USA, but nope....can’t say I see any examples of love for the US.
anybody else who is willing to put their name on the ballot certainly has to have the love for country to do that
You’re right.
He put his name on the ballot to change this country into something else, proving he didn’t love it.
Walker wussed out on this one, sorry, bandwagoners.
“which country would that be ?”
That was my first thought. I think his “country’ is Socialist Utopia.
I’d have to disagree with Gov. Walker that putting one’s name on the ballot reflected a love for one’s country. That’s a rather quaint, old-fashioned notion.
Now, unfortunately, I think it’s more often a reflection of the candidate’s desire for power: screw the country and what it has historically stood for.
Bush, Walker and Rubio will get ripped to shreds in the general election.
IMHO, Cruz and Paul on a united ticket.
So that they can then fundamentally change it? Yeah, sure...whatever.
Governor, if that statement is an example of the best your advisers can do, fire them! You need the best of somebody better.
And so does the country...
Thank you for playing, Mr. Walker.
Next!
Walker should have just stuck with his first answer that he didn’t know.
Walker should have just stuck with his first answer that he didn’t know.
Defending Obama is not going to make you any friends
“Is Walker starting to cave . . . ala Mittens Romney and Bush? Can’t he just let his words stand and not get changed because of the media frenzy?”
Walker has flipped on amnesty too. The timing is very disingenuous.
“anybody else who is willing to put their name on the ballot certainly has to have the love for country”
I don’t see that at all. Since when is anyone who runs for office propelled by love of his country (or her country).
Walker’s should have kept his mouth shut. He lowered himself by saying anything at all on the subject, and went even lower by saying something stupid.
I don’t trust this guy. He gives me that Rhino feeling all over. Just because he took on the unions is not enough reason to vote for him. I don’t trust him.
Precisely.
I had rising hopes for Walker.
Caving to MSM pressure did not help his tough conservative stature.
It seems almost every public figure is afraid to speak the truth about nobama, except Rudy. Everyone must think there is a secret fatwa to kill anyone who dares speak out.
The SOB was raised as a muslim, indoctrinated by his commy mother and real father to hate America and now is a hardcore muslim sympathizer who does not have American best interests in mind. If anything he would love to see America taken over by Iranian muslims.
What a stupid thing to say, Scott!
How can this diseased-brain parasite love his country while he is deliberately wrecking it?
You don’t get it and you’re a disappointment. My contribution to your campaign was a waste of money.
Øbama loves America like OJ loved Nicole . .
pos
A totally ignorant statement. Does that mean those who have and continue to run for President as Communists, Socialist Workers or those other declared anti-American parties 'love America?' Has Walker given a thought to national issues and national history?
Great for Wisconsin, but a serious risk for America!
