A confident President Obama said Wednesday he won’t be stopped by “one federal judge,” telling a Miami crowd he’ll move ahead with his controversial executive action on immigration and vowing his administration will become even more aggressive in the weeks and months to come.
At a town hall meeting hosted by Telemundo and MSNBC, the president also threatened to veto GOP-backed legislation that would undo his immigration action. That measure is expected to come up for a vote later this week.
Mr. Obama took executive steps last year to halt deportations for millions of illegal immigrants, but a federal judge last week blocked the amnesty program, ruling that the president overstepped his authority....

The big problem is we are shrinking the private sector and growing the government sector and have formed government elite classes of overpaid people.
People at this point have an F it attitude regarding politicians. THEY ALL DO IT is the mindset and out voters are killing this country.
IMPEACH this President. You don’t refuse to do it because he was born black.
If we had a Republican conservative President doing things like this with a Democrat House and Senate, would these bastards not fight back to the death and file Impeachment, close the government down and use any and all sorts of aggressive moves against a Conservative President?

Of course, he does. He knows perfectly well how our system of law is supposed to work.
But there are two problems...
First problem is, Obama has no intention of following our system of law.
Second problem is, nobody seems prepared to stop him.

There has never been a need to reign in a rogue President before, so there are no options available except bitching and moaning, which he will ignore.

I suspect the Founders were thinking of Charlie I when they wrote that.
This administration is now attempting a coup, and it will end badly for him.

Ummmm i’ll disagree. He simply doesn’t care. He sees himself above it all. So far he has little reason to doubt that opinion.
When judges agree it’s settled, law of the land.
When judges don’t agree, then obama says he won’t be deterred by them.
Man of lawlessness. Hides behind law he likes, fights and/or ignores what he doesn’t like.
More grounds for impeachment and removal.
And who might not be deterred by one fleeting, Marxist POTUS...

I bet that judge has heard an earful from the WH and many implied threats. I think we need to change some of the blue states minds and recontact the states that folded and ask for an explanation and what they were promised in return. There’s tomfoolery afoot...

Oh he knows. He attended Harvard to become an attorney as it seems only one of them can become president these days. He learned enough on how to exploit it. I’m pretty sure the only reason he learn constitutional law was for this reason also. He was on a course toward the presidency from birth Rosemary Baby style.

Just as soon as Judge Hanen orders a temporary injunction blocking Obama’s executive action McConnell moves to fully fund DHS including this illegal “executive action”. The man is a friggin jackass.
