Jeb Bush, a rumored 2016 Republican presidential candidate, just decided to publish hundreds of thousands of emails sent to him during his time as governor of Florida. On its face it seems like a great idea in the name of transparency, but there's one huge problem: neither Bush nor those who facilitated the publication of the records, including the state government, decided to redact potentially sensitive personal information from them.
"In the spirit of transparency, I am posting the emails of my governorship here," a note on Bush's website says. "Some are funny; some are serious; some I wrote in frustration." Some also contain the email addresses, home addresses, phone numbers, and social security numbers of Florida residents. The emails are available in Outlook format, and can be searched on the web at Bush's website.

Two words: Terri Schaivo.
DO NOT VOTE FOR THIS MAN who stood idly by while a woman was starved and dehydrated to DEATH.
Security on our Borders? Security in our personal matters? Security in our Sovereignty as a Nation? Security in our beds at night?
Who needs any of that?
*SNORT*
The media said Jeb was the smart one! Maybe he plans to run as a Democrat where this is a resume enhancer.
This is the second idiotic thing he’s done in two weeks. This is The Chosen One of the GOP establishment?
Doomed.
” Actually theres not much that needs to be said here.”
LMAO!
Apparently, none of his staff is very bright, either. Hope some of their own e-mails are involved & the first hammers of identity theft hit their own staff.......
JEB BISHES PANDORAS Box has been opened!
Even tho if I were one of the unfortunate concerned citizens that emailed him over the murder of Terri Shiavo...and my personal information had just been released to the world via Jeb Bush’s stupidity (agenda, or whatever)...
I’m really glad that he just pulled this. It’s a stark reminder of who, and more importantly what, this man really is. Let’s hope this reminder sticks in the minds of any potential Jeb-for-president supporters. No more Bushes!
I hope this is true and that it kills his chances at the GOP nomination. However, we all know that Karl Rove and his team will find a clever way to spin this or sweep it under the rug.
OMG, this RINO dunce thinks he can be president??? *facepalm*
The first point is debatable. It was pretty obvious that others did all of the heavy mental lifting in his administration.
Unbelievable. But I’m sure he’ll just blame someone on his IT staff, fire them, then carry on as if this shouldn’t reflect on him personally at all. I doubt that ploy will work though since it appears most of his support is within the party elite and not with the Republican base, so hopefully he winds up withdrawing. Jeb is as dumb as Joe Biden.
I believe even a brick would be smarter than that.
What a dick.
He’s not the sharpest bulb in the basket, that’s for sure.
“The Bush family are bankers. The ones that dont cut it
go into politics.”
Forgive me for correcting you.
The Bush family are Bank ROBBERS. As in Neil Bush and the S&L bank scandal.
Many younger persons do not know about this.
Time for a GOOGLE search.
Jeb Bush—the gift that never stops giving—to the Democrat opposition.
By the time the class action law suit against him is over, he won’t have any money to run.
LOL
Potentially (and hopefully for some) this could be the start and finish, of him.
His campaign IT guy is gone the day after the blunder, and he himself may be too damaged to recover.
