Secretary of State John Kerry said in an interview broadcast on Sunday that he has not ruled out launching a presidential bid in 2016, maintaining he's been too busy to give the prospect any thought.
Asked by "Meet the Press" host Chuck Todd if he'd consider another run, the 2004 Democratic nominee said he can think of "no scenario whatsoever" where he would launch another bid.
"I haven't thought about it and I'm, as you can tell, pretty busy," he said, chuckling, during a trip to Germany this weekend meeting foreign leaders at the Munich Security Conference.
Pressed if he'd rule out the possibility, Kerry replied, "Well, nobody ever says never."

Ah, the former Secretary of State stakes for the Presidency. Two failures going for the top job.
Has anyone asked Bob Dole, Steve Forbes, Dan Quayle, Fritz Mondale. Mike Dukakis or John Edwards yet? What a circus!! Hey! Jimmy Carter is still eligible for one more term!!
Uh.. No!
Ping.
Yessss!!
Wow, the Democratic presidential bench is pretty thin if a retread like Lurch is thinking about running. Theresa still has plenty of that Heinz money left for a Lurch run for president.
ROFL!!!
I think Michelle is the frontrunner.
I’ve been predicting this since he was nominated for SoS. first, he is still massively butt hurt about ohio in 2004; that’s the primary motivator. he will actually have every qualification for the office that cankles has, plus having won the nomination before, whereas she lost to bunnypants. and he was a senator longer.
AND, obama would probably clandestinely support him because he hates The Clenis. it would all make for great theater.
Maybe not you, but we will...NEVER!
The moron probably thinks the reason he lost was because of his horse-like face. That’s why he had his face redesigned.
H*****y is almost certainly getting some work done as well. She needs it far more than Kerry did.
Hey John...Why the long face?
Hey, we could have a Kerry/Mitt ticket and get both of them laughed out of politics forever.
Good. Go get ‘em, ya big dork.
Maybe when he announces, he’ll wear his ‘space suit’. LOL
He was nothing short of a walking joke. NOT a ‘real’ man, and it was funny as hell every time he tried to demonstrate that he was one.
I can’t help but to wonder if anyone ever ate that poor duck that was sacrificed for his failed attempt of winning the presidency. (you just KNOW the other guy he was with was the one that really shot it)
Great! Its about time we had a genuine War Hero back in the White HOuse!
