Obama, like many before him, excuses Islamic State because the Christians did it first
President Obama took to the floor during Thursday morning’s National Prayer Breakfast. He defended IS by saying the Christians did it first with the Crusades. So let’s actually look at how Islamic Jihad has spread across North Africa and Europe. The image above shows the Muslim conquest battles and by comparison, the image below shows the areas where the Crusades took place.
That seems a lot less than President Obama would have you believe

I was watching a movie on ESPN last night about a black saint from Somalia who was captured for a slave as a 6 yr old child. She was forced to walk hundreds of miles and treated brutally, and yes, she was captured by Arabs and forcibly converted to Islam. She was horribly scarred by them.
After many years she was taken in by Catholics and became a nun and became was declared an African Saint. Her name was Bakhita.
I thought the Templers were Pagans?
The priest mentioned her today at Mass but said she was from the Sudan. I think Somalia must be right because that was an Italian colony and she ended up in Italy. She died in 1947 and was canonized in 2000.

it’s very funny/odd that the ‘Christian Crusades’ are always mentioned but the ‘Muslim Crusades’ which begat the Christian crusades is NEVER mentioned- The FACT is that the Christian crusades were a defensive act against muslim aggression that had been ongoing for quite some time- The Christian crusades were a direct result of the MUSLIM CRUSADES that were waged against Christians and Jews. The Crusades were a DEFENSIVE action against a Muslim invasion of the West. They had already taken Jerusalem and kicked out all Christians and Jews. Pope Urban II started the first Crusade in 1095 at the request of the Orthodox church in Constantinople. They needed help defending themselves against the beheaders.
I saw Sudan and I saw Somalia. I don’t know which is correct. The movie is on Youtube and while it is embellished, I am sure, it is very, very good. I really enjoyed it.
Obama has a view of “histioric justice.” The sins of the forefathers shall be paid by the descendants. This is a common view held by every PETTY fascist icon throughout the 19th and 20th Centuries, yet America still sleeps?

Jindal to Obama: ‘Medieval Christian Threat is Under Control’

Bobby Jindal on Friday released a statement responding to the president’s remarks on Thursday at the National Prayer Breakfast in which he cautioned Americans from getting on a “high horse” when taking a stance against radical Islam because people have committed “terrible deeds” in the name of Christianity, too.
“It was nice of the President to give us a history lesson at the Prayer breakfast,” Jindal said. “Today, however, the issue right in front of his nose, in the here and now, is the terrorism of Radical Islam, the assassination of journalists, the beheading and burning alive of captives.
We will be happy to keep an eye out for runaway Christians, but it would be nice if he would face the reality of the situation today. The Medieval Christian threat is under control, Mr. President. Please deal with the Radical Islamic threat today.”
Jindal, a potential 2016 presidential candidate, caused a stir on a recent trip to London when he assailed so-called “no go” zones and, in subsequent remarks both in Europe and in the U.S., insisted on the importance of assimilation among immigrants.
“You’ve got people who want to come to our country but not adopt our values,” the Louisiana governor told CNN last month, calling the idea ”dangerous.”
Expect this to be a major theme of a Jindal presidential campaign, if and when it gets off the ground.
