Bringing workers of any stripe does NOT create economic growth. First you have to have policies like lower taxes to incent companies to invest and expand and hire and increase take home pay by lower taxes so they buy more stuff. Then the existing unemployed or underemployed will fill the extra jobs.
This guy says we bring more tomatoes pickers and it grows the economy? How?

Jeb is 100% correct on this.
America should be recruiting the best and brightest world wide to come to this country to keep America at the forefront world wide.
There are tons of of brilliant, highly motivated men and women who are shut out of opportunity in Europe, Asia, India, Russia. Africa South America and the Middle East.
Make it easy for them to immigrate to the US and the payoff will be huge

The guy who took this stance is on record as being for the central American and Mexican exodus into America. We all know exactly what he meant. His family speaks Spanish at home. His wife is a Mexican.
