Yes, it is hard for them to understand that you can live in a Christian country, and be from a “Christian family” and simply choose not to be a Christian. After all, nobody ever presents them with a similar choice.
Post it in the right place and you don’t have a problem ... :-) ...
I remember a saying from other Christians about that ... “Sitting in a garage doesn’t make you a car!” ... LOL ...
And yes, many seem to think that simply being an American makes you a Christian. OR, another fallacy is that “America is (or was) a Christian nation.” Of course that’s FALSE!

In this process though, this poster immediately referenced a thread that is definitely “Breaking News”, or should have been. This current thread seems more a tribute to FR in that veign, and quickly took on the attributes of “News” to my mind.
Of course I recognized JimRob’s absolute rights as owner here in a post above. But I respectfully disagree with the AM on this.

Exactly—it’s why Post-Modern Europeans mistakenly claim they are “christian” when in fact just because you call yourself one, doesn’t make you one. Same thing here.
I’m literally astounded at how far morally this nation has fallen since the “one” took office. Even before that you could see the foundation crumbling, but these last 8 years have brought about a swift cold evil wind into the psychic of most everyday folks here—even Blood Bought Saved Christians.
Wrap yourself in daily prayer for protection, I fear we may yet see some very troubling times ahead for us all.
