A larger number of Americans oppose President Obamas executive actions on immigration than support it, according to a new survey. Among blue-collar workers, the opposition is even more stark.
A new poll conducted by Paragon Insights finds that 58 percent of registered voters oppose the presidents actions to block the deportation of up to 4 million immigrants in the country illegally, compared with 36 percent who support it. As the pollster notes, the question does not mention the White Houses decision to bypass Congress, but solely focuses on the presidents policy by asking, Do you support or oppose Obamas executive action?
Among blue-collar workers, 62 percent oppose it, while 32 percent support it, a nearly two-to-one margin. That includes 47 percent of blue-collar workers who strongly oppose the executive action.
While a majority of liberals support the presidents executive action and a majority of conservatives oppose it, as one would expect, a majority of moderates also oppose it by 50 percent versus 39 percent who support it. Additionally, among people who do not support the tea-party movement, more disagree with the president on this issue than agree with him (49 percent to 43 percent).

Crying Johnny B. can’t do anything about it. (sniff)

For leftists, having a vast majority of the People opposed to something just affirms the superiority of the elites’ idea.
Americans? Who cares what (spit!) Americans think? Have they polled Latinos, undocumented-Americans, African-Americans, feminists, or gays? Because they’re the only people who seem to matter.
For Democrats, it’s all about 5-10 million new voters. For RINO Republicans, it’s that CoC money and the misguided canard that legal Hispanics will come to love and vote for them.
That sure it the way they are operating.

The link to that poll shows the following response to the Question:
“Would you support or oppose Congress passing new legislation that strengthen the rules making it illegal for businesses in the U.S. to hire illegal immigrants?”
HISPANICS 26% STRONGLY SUPPORT 30% SOMEWHAT SUPPORT
AFRICAN AMERICANS 22% STRONGLY SUPPORT, 33% SOMEWHAT SUPPORT
(SEE PAGE 31 of the poll here ):
The gamble is that if he gets enough immigrants to dilute the voting populaton, it just won’t matter. Even a nativist candidate won’t get elected... it won’t be possible.
The Dem's will never win over those conservatives who oppose amnesty. So Obama can ignore them. And the moderates who oppose amnesty will probably forget about it over time. By those who will benefit from the amnesty, they'll remember..and they will vote democrat forever.
As if the shadowy cabal of leftists who run Obama care anything about what the American people want.
Doesn’t matter if ALL of them oppose it. The Democrats don’t care. The Republicans don’t care. The country is not just broken; it is unfixable.
The 58% MAJORITY has little to no representation.
Which goes to show illegal immigration has already ruined the process, and will only ruin it further.
the only thing the pols care about these days is the Hispanic vote, everything else is taken for granted.
So much for representative democracy.
He doesn't care.
His job approval rating jumped up to 50% (up 9%) since gasoline prices dropped. Some some of the same people who disapprove don't really care about it.
Most Americans don't care about terrorists activities unless :
1) They blow up buildings in the USA killing lots of Americans on camera.
2) Gasoline prices go up due to terrorist activities(’Those darn arabs’).
Besides , Boehner is filing another lawsuit against Obama.
That is leadership!

Boner is a traitor. Big surprise, eh ? : )
We still haven't seen an amnesty bill yet, but its darn early.
I think this year they will really try.
Yeah. Large numbers oppose.
Too bad the Republican party “leadership” doesn’t.
In a related event, Attorney General nominee Lynch starts her hearings today, and she will defend the Obama amnesty. So, we will soon see who the Republican controlled Senate has true allegiance to—the voters or Obama. My guess it will be Obama. It will be rationalized as: reaching across the isle, spirit of bipartisanship, willingness to work for the people, to prove Republicans can govern, let’s just move on, meeting Obama halfway, first African-American female attorney general, to prove we are not racists, etc.
