Ha haaaaaa!!! You go, girl! Yank them chains.

Announce that you are "looking into" "forming" an "exploratory committee" a la Jeb and Mitt.

I tend to think that Sarah will hang in around the edges and contend for a VP slot.

Palin is a little like Trump at this point.

Each floats the idea of running for president to drum up a little free publicity for whatever their next for profit venture might be.

I like Palin. But she has to either declare that she is in by March or concretely say she is out. We can’t have a months-long tease from her like we saw in 2012.

Sure she’s “seriously interested.” She’s always been “seriously interested.” But she’s more “seriously interested” in protecting her family.

She’ll never run as long as she has a family to protect. The patriotic instinct is strong. But Palin has shown us that her mother instinct is stronger. Even if she tries to ignore it for awhile.

It’s fine with me if the left spends time and attention on her instead of Cruz, Walker, etc. Sarah is tough enough to take it and turn it to her advantage. Win win.

If she jumps in, watch the spotlight shift immediately. And she gets every disposable dime that I have, and a “Palin Outpost” sign in the front yard.

I agree, I like Palin a lot, not sure she can win though. One thing is for sure, the democrats are very scared of her.

I don’t disagree. She didn’t run last time because she knew what kind of effect it would have on her kids. Time will tell.

Between her and Cruz it'd be interesting.

I'm not sad to part with all of the idiots who are going to come out from under their rocks to slander this brave woman.

In fact, it will be good to have clarity on just who stands with enemy.

I really believe Palin WAS going to run last time... but then Perry jumped in and she stepped back.

(In hindsight a big mistake)

But who would have guessed Perry would implode the way he did?

Her stepping down as governor in an unfinished term and her reality TV rather than political [elected to something] history since 2008 will not play well.

Palin’s window of opportunity would have been best in 2012.

And, of course, she will get slaughtered again by the media and GOPe if she does enter a presidential race.

==

In 2012, many waited on the sidelines to see what she would do. She waited until late into the political season to say she would not run. By then, it was too late for another strong conservative to jump in.

Modern presidential races, even at the primary level, require a lot of money. That is why Obama entered extremely early in the 2008 cycle, forcing Hillary to enter sooner than she would have liked. Jeb Bush is doing the same currently. He is going after the ‘big’ money, so other contenders will need to get off the fence if they plan any serious challenges.

Modern races, regrettably, have become more about money. The 2016 race from both major parties is expected to cost around $2 Billion.
