Just finished reading that book. I didn’t think I could dislike Michael Moore any more than I already did.
That man came home in pain, not healthy, yet kept going back. He saved many, many lives, at a cost to him, in terms of his healh, his family, and the soul cost he paid.
He even talked about that. Killing people is not easily undertaken. Michael Moore should be grateful that there are men like Chris Kyle who protect them. They pay a huge price, seen and unseen, for all of us.
I think this may be worthy of alerting the Canteen.
I am on a tablet and it is difficult to post, but I will ask (Kathy in Alaska, I think).
I will say a prayer for Chris, RIP, and for his family tonight.

Michael “Obese Hog” Moore uses hidden video. I guess he is calling himself a coward. He shoots video, yet, he remains hidden, unlike a sniper where the subject shoots a gun back at you.

It figures that a total ass like Moore would consider a hero like Chris Kyle to have been a ‘coward’.
I now hold Moore in even lower regard than I did before... I didn’t think it was possible.
At the beginning of the film “American Sniper” Chris Kyle’s father is addressing the boys at the diner table and remarks that there are three kinds of people.
-Sheep ... Ordinary people just trying to live their lives.
-Wolves ... Evil people that seek always to prey upon the sheep.
-Sheep Dogs ... People that seek always to protect the sheep from the wolves.
I think there must be a fourth kind because an ass like Michael Moore just doesn’t fit in any of these three categories.
I’m no wolf and certainly no sheep dog. I’m an ordinary sort of guy who thanks God that there are people like Chris Kyle out there to protect us.
We sleep soundly in our beds because hard men stand waiting to do violence on our behalf.
There is no way we can ever repay such men for their service.. we owe them a debt that can never be paid.

Chris Kyle was injured rodeo riding before joining. A wall collapsed on his legs in combat, practically wrecking his knees. He was shot in the back and might have died or been paralysed but for the armor plate, and miscellaneous other injuries that make SEALs old by 35-40.
Jabba the Moore’s contributions? A few movies—”documentaries”—top-heavy with lefty cant, and that’s about it. The only Americans who pay any serious attention to Moore are airheads like Linda Ronstadt.
Until his wife took half of it in a divorce, making him sell all of his houses!
